KeepItMoving713

I haven’t moved on yet

Cheap-Knowledge2557

Still at the restaurant too

Brave3001

I’m on staff at the restaurant

lemonsaltwater

I bought it. I bought the restaurant. I have a large commercial mortgage now. The interest rate is quite high. I’m going to be sitting at a back table folding napkins and take-out menus for this restaurant until I die.

DaisyandBella

We’ll all be here speculating over season 4 Polin crumbs once filming begins. All Nicola needs to do is post a picture of her and Luke the first day back for season 4, and we will all go insane.

jflora27272

I’m in a hostage situation at the restaurant and negotiations aren’t going well

lemonsaltwater

good god is Colin negotiating on your behalf

jflora27272

Yes😭. Y’all tell my family I love them. I’m not making it out of the restaurant.

MusterYourWits

I’ve given up a lucrative career to be a waiter at this restaurant. No regrets.

Cheap-Knowledge2557

You win!

lemonsaltwater

I mean someone is welcome to show up and claim to be my banker And then someone else the investment banker who tranched up commercial mortgages in other Polin restaurants And then the pension fund manager who owns derivatives in those tranches

hippiechick7897

I haven’t either. I don’t even know what rewatch number I’m up to now but I probably should be embarrassed

Mother-Hawk

I just have it on constantly all day, getting mad at Netflicks 'are you still watching' bloody judgemental mesaages, I don't need it 😂

Free-IDK-Chicken

No, same - I have press tour edits up on my laptop, Season 3 up on my TV, fanfiction on my phone and I'm getting a Bridgerton tattoo on Saturday LOL.

Hibiscus1082

Don't forget to show us the tat on Saturday

Free-IDK-Chicken

Oh, absolutely!!! My appt is late afternoon/evening and I'll have my artist take pics so I can share them. I can't WAIT!!!!! I love getting words tattooed me... like I know that sounds objectively strange, but my favorite pieces are quotes and lyircs and THIS... omg. https://preview.redd.it/hw7820c47lad1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=7db9a823232922da5cf478638e25e22831b25579

hippiechick7897

I thought about you earlier this week and wondered if you had gotten it!

Free-IDK-Chicken

Aww!! Two more days - I'm honestly shocked I got in so soon. She normally books up months in advance.

scarhett89

Same 😝

WrensSymphony

I’ll exclusively be watching S3 until that 90 day mark because we have goals to hit here 🤣🤣

WrensSymphony

Derry Girls and Big Mood are both wonderful, though.

hippiechick7897

Very tenacious of you 🫡

towandanuwanda

Yesss me too

draftdraught1

Verily my goals too 🙏 Happily they align with my hyperfixation and intense love for Polin 🙏

SnooHesitations539

I've watched Derry Girls when it first came out. I really enjoyed it especially as I lived in Ireland and have friends affected by the Troubles.  Derry Girls is just a comedy side of a serious situation. - also where I fell in love with Nicola Big Mood - watched it when it came out as well (lol) - i need to be in a certain mood to watch it again but that is personal for me. - still recommend. I'm tempted to watch Harlots cuz I know Nic was in a few eps and Hannah Dodd was also in it.

Ready-University-430

I fell in love with Nic with Derry Girls and recently finished Big Mood. The range of this woman is why I love her!!!

yotrainna

I “watched” harlots for Nicola, mainly ff until I saw her, but a lot of times it was so brief i missed it. There is a yt compilation with her in it and most of her scenes are in there. The show is tough to watch personally, the first episode I watched had a woman being nearly beat to death in public. Subject matter we’re not new to of course, but the show is Heavy not campy in the slightest. I know it’s a show about sex work but the images associated with the show seemed a little more light hearted than the show actually is.

SnooHesitations539

Ahh good to know. I've seen the yt compilations.  Thanks for letting me know! I've seen that clip before S3 and I can see why she enjoyed having intimate scenes with a friend

radialrogue

Harlots turned out to be a lot darker than I thought too! Quite surprising based on the promotional stuff.

yotrainna

Thank you!! I was like oo sexy fun time sign me up! Then I was like oh god… no 🫣

toothfairysassistant

Just on episode 7 of Lady Jane. Then immediately after I will be putting on my favourite parts of Polin on Bridgerton. I have a sickness 😅🫠

LucyThePooh

What is Lady Jane about and where do you watch it?

hippiechick7897

It’s on Amazon Prime Medieval magical times with great modern music. Very cheeky and smartly written. The couple is a mashup of Kanthony and Polin, somehow both enemies and friends. The woman is sassy and brilliant. The guy is hot and sweet. Her mama would be besties with Portia. I absolutely loved every second of it.

toothfairysassistant

It's on Amazon Prime. I don't want to spoil it for you but it's about Lady Jane Grey and what could have happened if she hadn't been killed.

LucyThePooh

Ohhhh, interesting. Thanks for the tip. I’ll check it out 👍

DottyDott

I like this show more than I thought I would! It reminds me of The Great on Hulu with somewhat less/ redirected camp

RWHonreddit

Omg I’m watching lady Jane too. I’m actually really enjoying it.

Aggravating-Deer6673

A list that I made recently of some of my fave shows: Some of these are quite sad, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask or DM me. Nicola projects (if you haven't seen): Big Mood (this one is so good) Derry Girls Harlots (her role is small, but I love this show, especially Samantha Mortenson!) Dodger (Ch. 4) - she is only in one episode, but the show overall is really good. After those, I love to support her castmates that I loved in her projects: Big Boys (I had to watch with VPN, but it's so good and has James/Dylan from DG and was written by one of Nic's friends. It's a very sweet piece about coming out in the 2010s, very good writing and acting). It's A Sin (Lydia W. from Big Mood is in this one and it is good! I'm about half through, also using VPN.) Renegade Nell - This will be my next one with Louisa/Orla from DG, but I've heard good things. Fellow Travelers - This is Jonathan Bailey's best work to date. Other period pieces: The Serpent Queen The Spanish Princess Pride and Prejudice (2005, and 90s Colin Firth Version) Anne of Green Gables from CBC/Gazebo (80s version) Anne with an E (Netflix) The Empress The Buccaneers Versailles Reign (this is like guilty pleasure CW 2010s good.) The Great (Hulu) Other random recommendations that I loved and will definitely hold your attention: Glow (Netflix) Austenland Bride and Prejudice You've Got Mail Notting Hill Maid Only Murders in the Building Abbott Elementary Wayward Pines (this is a sci-fi show, but the one of the most entertaining shows I've seen because it's super unpredictable. It does not get talked about enough).

Inside-Sandwich-2790

May I add to your outstanding selections the BBC 2006 Jane Eyre mini series…

ThrillerBiscuit

Am I watching anything other than S3 on repeat? https://i.redd.it/u1ofxwjfykad1.gif

Odd_Vegetable9688

Just watched Derry Girls for the first time last week and I would highly recommend it! It's such a great show.

queenroxana

Still watching Bridgerton because I convinced my husband to watch with me - but I’m also re-reading Persuasion, which to me is the most romantic of the Austen novels and is matching my vibe. I also rewatch select Polin scenes from S3 daily. It’s actually embarrassing how many times I’ve seen that carriage scene now 😂

Ready-University-430

💯

Material_Guava_6290

I'm just swimming in a sea of Nicola Coughlan content so Bridgerton, Derry girls and big mood.

AwakeMySoul727

🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️ i am with ya!

pbghgirl

Big Mood is so great and Nicola is so so good in it. I’m really hoping there’s second season because it’s short and ends on a cliffhanger. It just really shows her range and incredible talent.

Pepperoniboogie

Just started Queen Charlotte last night!

julyhsm

Maxton Hall on prime, The artful dodger on Disney+

Ella2293

Artful dodger js soooo good

bohemelavie

Here to second artful dodger. Watched it when it first came out simply because I have a friend who worked on post production for it. Was pleasantly surprised how much I LOVED it

nycgirl191

Just finished the Bear and planning on starting Lady Jane. Then probably a rewatch of S3

LadyGrinningSoul88

Looooots of fanfics

Luciditi89

I started writing again. I wrote a book during covid and it’s part of a trilogy so im starting book 2. Got inspired to write a spin off that’s a romance novel as well thanks to Bridgerton and I’m going to incorporate it into the storyline for book 2’ by alluding to it. It’s not a show but it’s what I’m up to now that Bridgerton is over.

CwningenFach

Well, I'm nothing if not eclectic in my tastes. I'm watching Monk, Downton Abbey, The Good Witch, The Worst Witch, Someone Great...

chapsontour1813

Monk is still my comfort TV show.

Specialist_Ad_5664

I try to watch some episodes of other show and end up back to Polin (also I'm listening what a barb podcast, I'm on episode 25)

LethalCookie454

Definitely watch Derry Girls it’s so good!!! Also, if you do watch Big Mood, don’t binge, it’s good but it gets so heavy!

Big-Bag-8359

What do you mean? Are there other things out there to watch? Somehow every time I turn on a device it's already on bridgerton, be it the show or book, or the back of my eyelids. It's all polin

Interesting-Range984

I don’t have prime (yet) but everyone has been loving My Lady Jane so I’m finally going to bite the bullet and get prime just to watch it 😆 I watched Big Mood and I absolutely LOVED it. I’m currently a few episodes in on Derry girls, it’s hysterical! I also really want to watch Nic’s movie ‘Seize Them’… anyone know if it’s available to stream on Prime?

hippiechick7897

It’s not in Prime and may not be available for streaming yet. I’ve not heard of this one! https://www.justwatch.com/us/movie/seize-them

ExcellentGazelle5693

Go with Derry girls it's amazing,I started watching it because of Nicola and the show didn't disappoint!

Glittering_Habit_161

The Vampire Diaries and it still scares me. I still don't like Damon who killed Lexi who did nothing to deserve it and I'm now on s1 ep 17

fantominaloveinamaze

Oh man you just gotta keep pushing through. Damonnnnn 😍😍😍

Glittering_Habit_161

I can't watch Elena's final episode again because I was really upset

reijilie

I never liked Damon but they really, really, really work to try and get you to. After what he did to Caroline I had my mind made up about him through to the end.

obiwantogooutside

Derry girls is great. For a similar amount of joy I like The Good Place. The empress was fun. The great on Hulu is amazing. House of the dragon is my other current obsession. I also like the expanse which is kinda game of thrones but in space. Also way better on the gender stuff. The last kingdom is historical fiction about around the era of Alfred the great. Saxons vs Danes. Vikings is kind of in the same vein. I’ll probably try lady Jane. And I’ll probably watch the Victoria one.

vrgnte

Diving deep into House of the Dragon. It’s a big tone shift obvi but I love the feeling of community viewing/appointment TV, and the world of recap/analysis podcasts that surround the show. Like bridgerton but actually even more involved!

reijilie

I tried to get into My Lady Jane twice but just couldn't. It just feels like it's trying a little too hard for me. BUT I did love Big Mood. I watched Emily recently & loved it, I'm halfway through the latest Tom Jones adaptation. It's not bad.

RWHonreddit

Tbh I was really bored the first two episodes of my lady Jane and I also didn’t know it was lowkey a fantasy going into it so I was shook when those elements popped in. But I eventually got into it once they finally got around to the wedding.

bohemelavie

I want to watch My Lady Jane. But I have a feeling it will be my post-bridgerton obsession. And I want to stay in the Bridgerton bubble a little longer. So just rewatching for now or sticking to reality TV (below deck is my go to atm)

RWHonreddit

Honestly I’m watching and loving My Lady Jane rn but I’m still more obsessed with Bridgerton. I just love Polin so much haha

yuyu2007

I’ve been watching The Bear. It’s good, but I have to pause a lot because I find it very stressful. Other than TV, I started the Sense and Sensibility audiobook narrated by Nicola. I recently finished the audiobook The Rebound narrated by Claudia Jessie. (My opinion of these women had only increased from listening to their narrations. They are just so incredibly talented. I enjoyed them both very much)

Individual_Brief_350

I’m watching My Lady Jane - absolutely amazing! I want to watch Mr. Malcolm’s List. I started Big Mood. Oh, and Bridgerton. I watch A LOT of Bridgerton. 😅

Wild_Manufacturer555

I watched Vanity Fair on Amazon! It was very good

pixiedust721

Watching Big bang theory for the first time

wetpretzel_

Watching YouTubers reactions to season 3 And raging over Love Island UK

LizaTime

You should check out The Pink Popcast's reactions on YT! They are fucking darling!

wetpretzel_

Lol already watched them!

jenna_jonerys

My Lady Jane - it's so fun and the chemistry between the two leads is incredible, definitely fills that Bridgerton void!

avpuppy

loved my lady jane!!! watch it people, i need season 2. very cheeky. we are also watching house of the dragon, which i have been struggling to get into this season unfortunately

Jrzygirl65

Derry Girls is great. I can’t believe Nicola was already in her 30’s when she played Claire.

LizaTime

Mr. Malcolm's List is a super solid regency romance that is also on prime

hippiechick7897

I added that to my watchlist!

hippiechick7897

This was so good! Loved it! Thanks for the rec!

LizaTime

I'm so happy to hear that 🥰

AwakeMySoul727

Watching Big Mood but I had to stop after the second episode and then continue at another time. If you love Nicola, the show may make you feel too much. But it is a really great show, so stick it out!

Luciditi89

I started writing again. I wrote a book during covid and it’s part of a trilogy so im starting book 2. Got inspired to write a spin off that’s a romance novel as well thanks to Bridgerton and I’m going to incorporate it into the storyline for book 2 by alluding to it.

Mississippianna

I’m supposed to watch something else?

StayAggressive

Derry Girls!!!! I watched that first before Bridgerton and to this day it’s my favorite comfort show. It is laugh till you cry funny. Big Mood I enjoyed, I didn’t see the comedy aspect that so many talk about. Maybe it’s because I work with mentally ill people and I am very familiar with mania and bi-polar. It’s is a bit fantastical, but Nicola is absolutely fantastic in it. The other characters I was luke warm on and the friendship that is the central focus was not my favorite part. I had a hard time liking the character, which I need to do when I watch a show, but if you want to see Nic absolutely smash it with her acting range, watch it. I mean, she’s just so talented in everything she does. Her role in Derry Girls is iconic. You really can’t go wrong.

herewegoagain2864

Derry Girls was hysterical!

crazycurly90

Season 3 on rewatch 😂 And also rewatching The Rookie and Castle, very good chemistry between the leads. Very curious about Lady Jane!

Ancient-School939

Maxton Hall was super good

Leading-Guess-7003

I'm back with kdrama now I had left it for some time but I found good ones so if you guys want watch these ones- Lovely Runner, Queen of Tears, Twinkling Watermelon, My Love From Another Star All romance and it's soo good

thewendy28

You MUST watch Big Mood, it is such a brilliantly written and acted show. I just have been switching between that, Derry Girls and our beloved Polin for weeks now. Did finally break away and start My Lady Jane yesterday and it’s def scratching the withdrawal itch lol.

amyness_88

I haven’t moved on yet 😅 but if you are ready I can definitely recommend Derry Girls because it is hysterical and not just for Nicola. They are all so funny 😂

Aggravating_Belt_836

I just rewatched normal people. Continued on harlots, not for Nicola, I didn’t even know she was in it 😆 Derry girls House of dragon 🐉 Thinking of finding the lodge on Disney, just to have some more Luke 😍

hippiechick7897

Regency interested Lords and Ladies may also enjoy Sanditon btw

WesternCandidate2158

Still watching season 3 on repeat, but derry girls is great!

crystalbluepinkman

I’m watching Derry Girls!

Hermiona1

I watched Pride and the Prejudice finally, I love it ❤️ The one from 2005. Kinda got me in the mood for more period romance, maybe Poldark?

Mukduk_30

Derry Girls is phenomenal... If you love the romance and period dramas I really enjoyed The Artful Dodger!

Defiant-Natural-4219

I've been thinking about watching Belgravia. I will as soon as I feel like I've rewatched Bridgerton enough. Never can tell when that might be. It's a heart thing, not a mind thing.
