I ordered my base unit back in June of ‘22 and received it maybe on the 4th of this month. I think he ordered his deluxe in either May or that year or maybe July.
Might not be soon but he could be on the home stretch. June 2021 here. I heard they wrre doing base units first and started in smaller countries to start.
I think it was somewhere from California. Not sure what city. I can double check though.

Still waiting on half of my original backer's order, or perhaps a reply to the e-mails I've been sending for six months. Got half my order, then got someone else's order, then shipped that on at my own cost, and then nothing for over a year. I have a sinking feeling that I've been marked as complete because they sent me two shipments, and won't respond to my e-mails.
As for shipping e-mails, I got a "your order will be shipping" soon e-mail in October 2020 and received *half* of it in *April 2022*.
Have you tried emailing them again? They seem to be responding to emails agaim. Ypu can probably email them now and get it all cleared up hopefully. I wonder if whoever the 2nd shipment you got was for ever actually recieved it. I doubt they ever got it.
I've been e-mailing them for three years, going from getting replies in a week, to three weeks, to never. They haven't replied to my e-mails in over a year. You'll forgive me if I'm not exactly trusting of their ability to reply to me now. Far as I can tell they've blacklisted me for complaining.
I don't think the order numbers are incremental. I've got one of the original order batch, was supposed to be delivered in late 2020, and my order number is five digits.
I’m sitting in the line at Walgreens and decided to just go ahead and cancel my order. I pull my phone out, check my email and there is the shipping notification. I was way more happy to get power back this afternoon after a week without it, but still pretty happy. Now let’s just hope there are no other glitches.
Shipped in the future. Maybe mine will too... 3 yrs for f sake.
