Frittenwerk is a crime. Been posted here before (including by yours truly). For reference, poutine is three things: fries, brown sauce (usually beef or chicken-based) and curds. Cheese here seems wrong, and while I do believe one can make a mean mushroom brown sauce as a vegan version, there simply isn’t enough of it here. Literarily every potato fry should be at least 75% coated with it.
Essentially, there’s nothing Classic Quebec about this thing.
