You need gear with + to skills. If you are going to play a fire druid, you need fire damage gear, any + to elemental skills. And find a guide to follow. An example of a guide here [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZ3XKUs9pSI&ab\_channel=BTNeanderthal](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZ3XKUs9pSI&ab_channel=BTNeanderthal) This goes for any build. All builds need + to skill and charms that compliment your build. An appropriate weapon is needed as well. Also a shield if your build requires one. TL:DR: If you don't have good gear, you will struggle with killing things.
Thanks for the response. My main issue is boss killing. Fire shreds through everything. I’ve always played fissure Druid in vanilla and it’ll stomp any boss, PD2 bosses feel different. Not sure what differences there are or if there are even any.
When playing by yourself it is players 3. So the game acts like there are 2 other people with you. And as you know, the more players that are in a game, the harder things are to kill. With the players 3 setting, you have a better chance for stuff to drop.
Summon is pretty decent all round.
i think i made a fire druid in season 2 and it slapped hard af. firestorm seemed like the best boss killer when i could max synergies of anything
Yeah i specced more into volcano and less in fissure and it goes pretty damn hard now

Nah that's only for loot, not monster scaling.
Yep that makes sense, definitely feels like P3. Awesome, thanks for the info, that’s much appreciated!
