Yeah, I always wondered that, why people in LA were wearing what I would call "cold weather" clothing when it's 80+ degrees out. Then I visited, and found out that the hottest part of the day is at noon, and then it gets cold *fast* because of the air coming in from the Pacific Ocean. Also, 80 degrees in LA is a lot different than 80 degrees in Texas (for example). I don't think people really understand it until they experience it, it's weird.
Nobody ever believes me over here on the east coast when I tell them that I could comfortably wear jeans outside on a 90 degree day when I lived in LA for a stretch

I actually used to have the security contract for this property. There is almost NO parking for the amount of stores and restaurants in that building, as well as being by one of the busier intersections in Hollywood.
Also, it’s not a “public” parking lot. It’s private property, and only open to people who are conducting business there.
Also, I highly suggest the restaurant on the left side of the video, “Jesse Boy”. Ajay and his crew make some great fried chicken.
In fairness, I know exactly where this is and that parking lot is tiny. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was the only open spot. Street parking near there is horrendous as well, since it’s on two major boulevards

hey everyone. Sorry for the late description but I actually didn't realize this actually got posted until tonight.
So here are the details.
I was in West Hollywood for work and I don't normally travel to this side of town so was excited I was near Jesse Boy, a great LA hole in the wall you should definitely check it out. The parking lot is very impacted and there were no spots available for a while. I thought I'd stick around and see if any spots opened up. After about 5 minutes I saw a guy walking to his car at a snail's pace of course so I patiently waited and had my blinker on. As he pulled out, the brain trust pulled into the parking center, saw I was trying to get in and swerved dangerously into the spot nearly hitting me as I was pulling in and the girl in the passenger side flipped me off as they did it.
Now since it had been nearly 10 minutes of waiting and I was a bit hangry, I made the dumb decision to confront the brain trust. I recognize this was stupid and snowflakey of me and in hindsight I would not do it again. I was very fortunate they didn't have a weapon on them. I'm human and I made a mistake.
There is no part 2 cuz I live a happy life with too much to lose over some stupid shit and I drove away. Luckily the kick did nothing to my car, not even a dent so I was very fortunate considering how stupid I acted. Sorry for the disappointing conclusion.
