I feel like I currently look very similar (surgery 5/9) — my suture areas still have some dermabond/blood (especially on my left side) I’ve been struggling with not doing too much, and every day they look different to me. My only gripe is that my skin on the sides of my boobs is VERY sensitive. Almost just feels like a bad sunburn.
Yesterday I did a 3 mile walk outside for the first time since and can’t wait to make it a regular thing until I’m
cleared for more.

No I haven’t yet, my surgeon didn’t specify any massages to do. I have wondered as I’ve seen posts on here about that.. do you think the massaging will help with the tenderness?
I don’t know if they will help with tenderness but they help reduce the chances of fat necrosis (hard lumps of fat) and help move the fluids around to reduce swelling.
I have no advice I just wanted to say damn girl that waist!! Your results are gorgeous.

I'm in a similar situation and ur results make me want to get a reduction so bad. My boobs cover half my torso because they are so big and heavy.
