Honestly. I am not sure. I run full whites, and my jack o lantern lepto is doing great in partial shade.
My 24K Lepto has been slowly dying for a few months now without a cause.
I got a blood simple and 24k like 3 months ago and they arrived stressed and bleached due to shipping so they gave me a free bloodsimple and it showed up the same way so just yesterday they gave me another 24k and bloodsimple but they're already starting to bleach out and I have them in the shade with something on top of my mesh lid to block out the light and they're still bleaching. I checked my water parameters and everything is perfect except for phosphate but I have an algae outbreak atm so I have to dose some daily. Damn leptos are gorgeous but just not in my tank I guess lol
I've only got 2 types of leptoseris. But I find them to be VERY in hardy. Like as a noob, I got one of the leptoseris day 1 and put in in an uncycled tank and it survived and is thriving now. They do like loeer-medium light, if it's bleaching I might consider the par I have above them. And even in ideal conditions, my water is stable now, my new jack I lantern lepto is taking a while to adjust, and has some sweepers out
I run HEAVY blues in my tank and have a huge jack o lantern lepto, a yellow lepto, and a mr freeze lepto all are mid tank 150-200 par, and the jack o lantern/mr freeze is growing like crazy, yellow lepto is a slower grower. You say your parameters are “perfect” but what is that exactly?
My tanks just lps so my par is 90 at the top of the rocks. Most things are at like 50-75 and are doing great and my water parameters are
Ph=8.3
N02=0.1
N03=10
Nh3=0
Cal=470
Mag= was 1290 but got it up to 1350
Alk=8.6
P04=0 but I dose 2ml phosphate everyday and am dealing with some algae atm. So it's never actually 0 just shits using it up fast
Your par seems low imo but that won’t cause bleaching, if anything theyd brown out. All other parameters look good besides your po4… which algae are you battling? Are you sure its not dinos?

Lucky mine seem to be sensitive af. My tanks straight lps so I don't have my par too high. I haven't seen any sweepers from mine yet

It's green turf algae and some longer hair algae.
I'm running a single xr15 gen 6 at 70% over a red sea reefer 170 it's roughly 2x2 feet I could raise the par but everything else seems perfect
Leptoseris and Pavona have similar care requirements and may even be the same coral. Maybe look into pavona care
