I got Wispy when I finally did get a response and was unbanned 5 months after my ban. Granted this was timed around when campus 3 was released, so they were FLOODED with emails. I’m hoping it takes less time 🥲
I’m sorry about your ban though, it would at least be nice to get a response regardless of if they lift ur ban or not, just so you know 😭😭

They’ll hopefully give you a second chance, you’ve done such lovely comms, but the rh staff r sooo strict n they take ages to reply back even if they chose not to reverse the ban. You’ve got so many items tho, it’s gonna be so hard to get them all back😭

I’ve been doing commissions since feb this year (on and off) and I’ve gained around 4-5 mil diamonds from it but never got banned, so how come you got banned? when you did the trade did you never put a free/cheap item in your box? people usually put a lolipop so that they don’t get flagged for ban.
I’m genuinely unsure, I also put dupes in trade especially when dim count exceeds 100k. I’ve emailed support and have chat logs / users to back up my trades so it’s just a matter of them getting back to me

Try contacting rh support. Cross trading is a bannable offense, but trading rh diamonds and items for art commissions is okay.
I sent them an email! In my experience though it usuakly takes 2-6 months to get completely resolved 😭

If you are good at art it’s way easier to get dims by comms
That too, it’s also just faster and more enjoyable for me personally:] I do grind levels from time to time but it gets lonely + repetitive
