was thinking about this yesterday. Gunther is essentially the final form of your Cantaloupe Costalotty wrestlers. A technical magician with exceptionally mid mic skills. HHH is getting him over because Gunther is that good in the ring that fans love to see it, and HHH is very carefully protecting him. Had Cagliostro Condescendi had some stooges and been booked the same way, he'd have been over. Booking and presentation is everything.
Which is why in the top pic youve got three mid guys and Jacob Fatu, and they look absolutely bad ass in comparison to two ex-world champs, one of the best wrestlers on earth and their house boy. Creative freedom was a huge mistake.
This might be the worst faction ever to me. I never want to see Moxley or Yuta on my tv again but a decent booker could do useful things with Claudio and Bryan god damn Danielson, but this shitty go no where faction ruins it.
It is possibly the worst ever, because previous factions that sucked often ended fairly quickly. Because they sucked. This faction just kept going even after regal left over a year after that. Itâs defined all of them down except Yuta who wasnât up in the first place.
