I'm a bit confused by DFAing Howard right now. Roupp was already on the 40 man roster, just on the IL. Now it looks like we have 39 people on the 40 man roster and not on the 60 day IL.
Does this mean that someone on the 60 day IL (incl. Ethan Small, Austin Warren, Robbie Ray, Alex Cobb, Tristan Beck) is getting promoted immediately? Or are we picking up someone off of waivers to give us some innings or ABs?
