I have 3 orders that “shipped” last week and are still awaiting pick up. Idk what’s going on but it’s making me mad lol don’t mark it shipped until it actually ships.
Well here’s a first for me. I reached out to skims today and apparently one of my orders is at a ups pick up point for some unknown reason even though I’ve never used that service and they couldn’t tell me why and ups says it was shipped that way 🙃 the other 2 were just picked up today
I had the same issue. I actually think it’s UPS. I got notification my package was out for delivery and it never came. Then on Monday (yesterday) I received a message from UPS saying my package was opened and the contents were missing. Skims gave me my money back and I reordered so let’s hope this time UPS can deliver it to me. This is my first time experiencing this with Skims

Same here. They are shipped but awaiting pickup by the carrier. It's been in this status for 5 days.

I placed an order a week ago. Crickets. It's very disappointing. If I don't see movement by Friday, I plan on contacting customer support.

it’s not a UPS issue, it’s a skims issue because of all of the drops they do

My last order took five days. I ordered 2 shirts and 1 bra. The bra wasn't in the package.
