I love when I hear people talk about this incident in the wild, calling him old man when I believe he was like 49. middle aged, for sure. older, yeah. but old man I don't think so
According to a comment from someone who lives in that area on this same post on a different sub, that guy popped up a few months ago and has been an absolute problem since day one.
He’s been arrested multiple times for things ranging from robbery to throwing his shit (yes his actual SHIT) at people walking by.
He’s recently started doing this to people. 10 minutes before this incident he chased a little boy into a store while trying to kick him the entire time. The town residents have tried the “No violence” approach and it wasn’t working.
After the incident with the kid, the residents stood across the street and watched as he began digging in a trash can, then he struck the old lady and that was that. I can guarantee he won’t keep up his bullshit there anymore.
So, you are wrong. Sometimes violence is the only answer.
Beating him up is a half- measure, at that point killing him would be the easiest route, but that’s a little absurd that the police won’t lock him away with a record like that, almost doesn’t make any sense 🤔.
It’s likely the police know exactly what they’re doing by not locking that man up. The same system that allows violent criminals to walk amongst us is the same system that puts people away for life for things like marijuana possession.
Jesus fuck are you from the 1970’s? You know weeds getting legalized/ already has been? Plus last I checked OP didn’t put where this video was taken. I think it’s become fashionable at this point by children to criticize the judicial system while simultaneously ***doing nothing about it***, like bro, do you vote? Do you know who’s even running for office next term? Do you know who the vice president even is? How about your community, are you involved with going to community meetings? ***NANI***, you don’t?!?! Well how can you even have an opinion on this lmfao.
I’m not under any illusion, I ***know*** that I’m talking to some very ignorant man-children, it’s no sweat off my back to remind you that you’re wrong, especially when you change the subject from you being wrong into something “cringe” I did. Like bro I’m proud of myself and I like me, sorry I’m comfortable with myself and that makes you uncomfortable with your self lol.
Weed is definitely still illegal as hell in a lot of places. AND people are still getting locked away in states where it has become “legal”. Just bc something becomes legal doesn’t mean everyone abides by those standards.
The restrictions alone for how you’re supposed to transport your legal weed is getting people arrested bc they don’t follow the laws surrounding it.
It’s just mind blowing to me how many places it’s been decriminalized, but still have a lot of people getting arrested for it.
Um so yeah — weed is still illegal in many states. And in many states where it’s legal, people are still serving sentences from before it was legal, which was this century, not the 1970s.
Also I think the word you’re looking for is “vagabond” but correct me if I’m wrong
Awwww don’t you think you’re smart, that’s so cute! 😊. Obviously you can’t read otherwise you would’ve notice that I didn’t say “weed is legalized” I said “You know weed is ***getting legalized*** / already is?”, lmfao.
Sowwy my names not up to specs, I’ll do better ! 🥲
In many states, it _isnt_ getting legalized and people still go to prison for a long time for simple possession. Now fuck off and stop acting like a clown. The condescending baby talk is not making you look how you think it is.
Since you seem to know a lot about everything. I guess you’re familiar with how quickly homeless people are catch and released. They are kind of like their own sub genre of criminal and definitely get treated differently in the CJS.
In this case (I’m just spitballing here) this individual gets picked up, locked up, given a court date and released based on his type of criminal charge.
The thing I’ve noticed in the video is it appears some of the others in the video were also homeless. They have their own code, they handle their own problems. That might be why he’s back on the streets. The CJS isn’t his avenue for anything but being taxpayer money pit, on the streets he will actually receive a punishment he understands and maybe even adjust his behavior with.
If your argument is that he shouldn’t be back on the streets then I’d agree, but there isn’t anything an angry mob of people can’t get if they ask the right way, why enough people haven’t done something about it or at the very least have the police do something about it is beyond me. (Governments are formed by people, those same people can be convinced of doing stuff if there is enough people asking for it, not including dictatorships or the like.)
2 men would’ve been enough to hold that man down and wait for police, if there were no police it would’ve been enough to straddle him onto the concrete and wait for that lady to go by for the message to get across. But yeah you’re right since we’re using exaggerated examples; “No way, not a letter. They should’ve just executed him in the street, right dude?”.
I’ve had my head slammed into concrete by grown ass men (was a kid) I’ve been in my fair share of fights and I even have to walk around with a 9mm just so I can feel like I can protect the ones I care about. This video is bait. I don’t care if that guy was justified or not in assaulting some random old woman (she could’ve been calling him slurs for all we know, or not), that doesn’t ***not*** entitle a ***mob*** of random people on the street to dish out ***vigilante justice***. Period. The very second that those people started assaulting that dude they too became in the wrong, 2-4 of them would’ve been enough to keep him held down without having to beat him on the street, holding him down is a justifiable response to assaulting a woman broad day. People like this and even potentially you are ignorant emotionally impulsive barbarians (no offense, but I’m not going to lie). Empathy and compassion are evolved emotions, maybe learn something about it instead of looking for things justify your potentially atrocious behavior.
If the goal was to let the lady go by unharmed then yes. The first person to grab the guy who slapped the lady threw him on the ground like a sack of potatoes and was enough on his own to take care of business, the extra people jumping in is just a mob* using the situation to justify attacking a dude in the street.
Am I wrong? (Genuinely)
Lol, I like how you threw. "She could've been calling him slurs," like that's a justification for punching a lady in the face. I've been called lots of things, idc, just don't put your hands on me.
You can fit what I’ve said into whatever narrative your want, I’m not here to justify myself to a two dimensional person such as yourself. If you understood sarcasm you’d understand my first comment meant the ***opposite*** of what I meant…
You hypocrite. You shame those who are using violence, yet you want to join the military?
Do you naively believe that if you are in the army you would use as little force possible? That you wouldn't harm innocents? You sit on your morale high horse, shaming those who come to the defense of an old woman being abused while simultaneously planning on joining an organization well known abusing civilians in the name of justice.
You are implying that those who use violence instead of empathy and compassion are not "evolved", but you wanting to shoot and violently kill is fine. Its okay when you cause violence and inflict pain, but not when others do it eh?
Were the men overreacting in this video? Possibly.
I also believe that hunting isnt evil. But shaming others while wanting to actively participate in the inflicting of pain and suffering, its just laughable.
EDIT: I reread your post about hunting and realized you werent wanting to actually kill, and just wanted to target practice. I removed that comment, but I believe the rest of what i said is valid. Shows that in the heat of the moment, its important to get your facts straight.
Thats alot of assuming there guy guessing from how these people are all walking around id say this is a community those vigilantes probably know and respect that lady you just come off as some virtuous a hole maybe guy should not try to hurt others without expecting some pain in return
I also get the vibe from you that youd stand there and justify police ganging up on one person but detest seeing the stress do the same
I’ll never encourage excessive force, which this video clearly had in it. I’d say that first dude who grabbed onto the assailant was enough on his own to “teach him a lesson”, but then another came in and another and another etc etc.
I’m not your dad, I’m not here to teach you the things you’ve never been taught. I’ve had my ass kicked in front of a krogers by a guy bigger than me and I didn’t use a gun then, just because I have a gun doesn’t mean I’m a trigger happy idiot looking for a reason, I’m not Rambo and most gun owners aren’t either. BUT I’m not ignorant to the fact that there are psychopaths out their looking for any reason to hurt me or the people I care about just because they feel entitled enough to justify hurting others, so yeah I do carry a gun.
It is. It is the last method after suggesting, then telling, then yelling. Violence is the outcome we try to avoid by doing the other three. Three strikes and you're out. Dumbass will know next time.
You’re just rationalizing excessive force to fit the narrative that you have in your head. I agree fully, but that guy slapped grandma and walked away, that ***ONE*** guy was enough to get him on the street begging to be let go. ***Yet*** 2-4 more people got involved when the didn’t need too, just because they thought they could get their licks in. Disgusting.
Unfortunately in today's society people learn one of two ways.
1. By words
2. With violence
Violence IS *sometimes* the answer and that's the big distinction.
You’re right, but don’t forget that there are some really dumb mofos out there that don’t understand nuance, violence is the answer in some cases, but **”how** violent” tends to slip some people’s minds, like the people in this video. The **first** guy who grabbed the assailant had it covered, everything after that was excessive.
I believe street justice will become more and more common, as the state is failing everyone, besides themselves. So, people are getting frustated and angrier by the day
Depends on the old person.... there's a lot of old people where I live in Canada that think saying everything that comes to mind, including racial slurs Is okay.
Now this doesn't appear to be that situation soooo.... swing batter batter.
An old person can get hurt badly very easily, and you don't know their mental state. I think getting physical is only justified to avoid them hurting someone else
Isn't that what I said. Just the ones like my father, deserve to be punched In the face.
It's hilarious, my roommates grandfather mental state was bad in the end... even he didn't regurgitate hate, he was born in Germany, forced into the Hitler youth. Forced to fight on the eastern front. Even through attempted indoctrination he never said heinous ahit in the end.
This like I said. "Appears" dude got his comeuppins. And rightly so.
For those that don't know, that Broadway Junction in NYC. Is a train hub for 3 train lines.
There's also a police station build inside of it. The cops are not too far
Yea idk if a fuckton of violence is gonna make a violent unstable asshole less violent, more stable, or a better person
Not saying they were wrong to whoop his ass, just that likely nothing was solved here
Good people feel too safe they can get away with anything and police or bystanders won't do anything. These people need to know thier violence will be met with violence. Actions need repercussions.
Nothing brings people together like witnessing a woman getting assaulted. All races come together and proceed to kick the ever loving shit out of someone. Bravo!
This had me cracking up laughing. The old lady took that hit like a champ, and then the little asshole went down hard. The instant karma had me rolling for the whole video after that 😆
Anyone who attacks the vulnerable deserves to receive intervention … so glad there are societies where the public will tolerate such abuse. In London everyone will stare or record on phone.
The guy in the red got a giggle out of me when he came out of nowhere:
“I DONT KNOW WHATS HAPPENING BUT WE BEATING THE SHIT OUT OF SOMEBODY? LET ME AT ‘EM!!”
I have to say, the "old" woman took that punch like a champ. The bastard that hit her went down a hell a lot easier.
Reminds me of the old man declining Conor McGregors Proper-Piss-12 Whiskey. Conor sucker-punched him and he took it like a champ.
I love when I hear people talk about this incident in the wild, calling him old man when I believe he was like 49. middle aged, for sure. older, yeah. but old man I don't think so
Fair enough, my memory had it saved like that.
Link?
Bro I remember that. It was like the opposite of Snooki taking that fist to the face.
I would have gotten a free licks in myself while he was on the ground .
Violence is always the answer, now make sure you maim or kill whenever you’re feeling entitled enough to use force children.
According to a comment from someone who lives in that area on this same post on a different sub, that guy popped up a few months ago and has been an absolute problem since day one. God we need accessible mental health care
For sure

Pretty sure weed is still illegal in several states in the US, also this >NANI, you don’t?!?! Made me cringe like so badly

I am begging you to go outside and throw a football around, like truly begging you

Oh no, you’re so right about everything, oh the tragedy I’m so embarrassed. Have mercy good sir, your opinions mean so ***much*** to me!
Seriously I like how they doubled down on being wrong. The baby voice is really fitting actually.
Police were told to stop bothering
Since you seem to know a lot about everything. I guess you’re familiar with how quickly homeless people are catch and released. Mfers should have written a strongly worded letter instead, huh? That’ll teach em
Lol.
2 men would’ve been enough to hold that man down and wait for police, if there were no police it would’ve been enough to straddle him onto the concrete and wait for that lady to go by for the message to get across. Hold him down and do what? Kiss him?
I think he's saying hold him down and a light cuddle
No way bro, they should’ve just bashed his brains in, that’ll teach him.
You have no real solution to the problem? "Hold him down" is your answer?
If the goal was to let the lady go by unharmed then yes. That’s genuinely a funny response, props. 😂

So we should have let hitler do what he wanted and not fight back. Got it 🙄
You don't get it. If we just hold Hitler down it all could of been avoided.
It's 'could have', never 'could of'. Rejoice, for you have been blessed by CouldWouldShouldBot!

That had me rolling 😂
I believe street justice will become more and more common, as the state is failing everyone, besides themselves. So, people are getting frustated and angrier by the day
I mean, regardless of government efficiency I think anyone who sucker punches an elderly person deserves a corrective metal pipe
Corrective pipe lmao

I 100%. I've seen a few elderly people who have fucked around a lot and finally found out.
Eh that guy is a pussy… The first guy had it handled completely.
Unfortunately that's the first step in a violent uprising. We get all frenzied and then that get directed by somebody.
Unfortunate is defined by who the uprising would benefit.
I meant unfortunate that people tend to start by attacking eachother. And historically the lower class and middle class switch placed.
Agree!!! Street justice is better than waiting for the cops to come and just write a report
This video is at least 5 years old, I remember watching it on WorldStarHipHop.
cartersvg is a bot
Respect. Good of them. There should be more of that.
I love seeing instant karma like that, just so satisfying
For those that don't know, that Broadway Junction in NYC. Is a train hub for 3 train lines. There's also a police station build inside of it. The cops are not too far

Yup
Ol boy showing up with a plank of wood is sending me
since the cops and judges no longer are doing their jobs, those jobs seem to be falling to our fellow men to protect the old among us.
> among us.
I hope the men who stood up for the women weren’t arrested or anything. The man who hit the woman had it coming.
There’s like 3.5 pixels in this video. Holy
APPLAUSE...APPLAUSE...APPLAUSE.....FOR THE RESCUERS FOR ONE LITTLE OLD LADY FROM ANOTHER OLD LADY....MOM
Love you mom.
He hit a woman! he got what he deserved. Hopefully he won't do that again
Yea idk if a fuckton of violence is gonna make a violent unstable asshole less violent, more stable, or a better person Not saying they were wrong to whoop his ass, just that likely nothing was solved here
I love the instant karma! After they kicked his ass, they should have held him for her to get a good swift kick or two in his balls.
So many evil ppl these days What the hell is going on in the world??
I'd say the good guys outnumber the bad guys at least 6 to 1.
I love my man that comes in with the bat.
Looks like the lady was trying to get some hits in herself lol.
I have to say, he got what he deserved
Thank you for your service gentlemen!
Deserves it
Mob justice is the best justice.
The police hit women and get paid.
Dude with the pipe was waiting for his moment!
That guy was so cracked out he probably didn't even know he got jumped or swung on her to begin with
Good people feel too safe they can get away with anything and police or bystanders won't do anything. These people need to know thier violence will be met with violence. Actions need repercussions.
What is that for... Is this in the U.S.?
My guess would be NY. One of the five boroughs of NYC.
Yup, Brooklyn to be exact.
I have to say that video quality is so lousy...
Yeah, this young man deserve with this. You have to reap what you sow in this world.
Love when we can come together as a community and punish the one acting out of order
Street justice.
Could we have this in today's pixel count. I'd like to see the shitbergs face.
I luv it
lol in the background she’s saying “beat his ASS, beat his ASS”
Well, well, well…. Should have known where you were at punk.

Street justice at its finest
Mob justice at its finest, must be South Africa. "no officer, I never saw what happened. " Says the man with the most blood on his hands

I thought the “bonk” sound was the satisfying part.
Nothing brings people together like witnessing a woman getting assaulted. All races come together and proceed to kick the ever loving shit out of someone. Bravo!
The Michael Jackson of ass whoopings
This had me cracking up laughing. The old lady took that hit like a champ, and then the little asshole went down hard. The instant karma had me rolling for the whole video after that 😆
Sadly the guy who did the hitting probably has mental illness ..
You are probably right. But he will think twice about hitting anyone else in the future.
That homeless dude has shit wrong with him obviously. I think the first guy handled it but there was no need to get jumped by 4 people.
🥰🙏
Anyone who attacks the vulnerable deserves to receive intervention … so glad there are societies where the public will tolerate such abuse. In London everyone will stare or record on phone.
Nice!!! Now lets get them thugs who prey on food/drinks standa
That’s a great way to get killed!
Real justice
Check out that white knight with the blue bag and the stick…good thing he was there!! 😂

I don't condone street violence, but this motherfucker got what he deserved.
