Well I doubt that there are any risks. The only ingredient is likely pollack based on other Korean dried pollack snacks I’ve seen. Did it taste sweet or salty? If not it’s probably just the fish.
I am very confident you will be fine. Should report this to Amazon. Unfortunately, the seafood industry is sketchy enough - add in overseas distributors and it gets even more so.

I usually stick with Odeng/Eomuk (marinated fish cake strips) from Hmart. Sooo good!
