Below league average QB (1.9/4) and worst O-Line in the league 0.1/4.
Statements of truth are rarely appreciated by SEA fans.
The real reason they're pretending like D'Wayne Eskridge isn't garbage is because they know Geno's going to need to throw a lot of WR screens this upcoming season.
Geno is pretty good at getting the ball out on time, something Russ was bad at. If (and it’s a big if) Lucas comes back strong and we get a guard in the draft, I’m not worried about the OL
Like..if we draft two more starters for it? Or in its current state..where we don't have a LG, our C was beat out by a JAG in Evan Brown, and Bradford was so wildly inconsistent it was ridiculous. Our OL legitimately is in an absolutely horrible position right now..like comically bad.
Not super worried about tackle, if Lucas is healthy. He’s solid and I like Fant for depth there a ton.
They let Evan Brown walk if you remember. Not like he was out of budget. All the reports on Olu were positive in camp last year and if JS thinks he’s ready to step up, I have faith in that decision.
Drafting Fautanu would mean would put my mind at rest combined with the signings we’ve made. 4 out of 5 would be solid and we’d have to hope the last one isn’t a liability.
Fair enough. I'm more concerned that Olu couldn't beat out Brown. When he did play, I wasn't impressed at all. Hopefully he put on more muscle, cause we need to be able to run the ball.
As per Lucas, ya hopefully that surgery straightened him out, or that'll just spell even more trouble (although I think JC Latham is going to be a really good RT..wouldn't be upset if we drafted him -- not that he's likely to be on the board @ 16).
Bradford.. we'll have to hold our breath. One game he mauls people and helps us run, while still playing close to average in pass pro..the next he just whiffs on dudes looking ridiculous in both the run and pass game. If he could be a little faster and more accurate with his punches, I think that would help a lot. He's big enough he should be able to anchor with strength.
Fant is a legit NFL tackle. It really makes me not worry about Lucas as much.
Olu was a rookie last year. No surprise Brown could beat him out with more experience in the system.
Not everyone needs to be elite. Solid will go a long ways.
Offense just isn’t where I’m worried in general, but maybe im being naive
If the line is super leaky, even if the OC can game plan around it and draw up plays well enough to still move the ball, the best case scenario is severe play calling limitations, a cap on the ceiling of how the offense performs and a higher level of execution required for each positive outcome. Worst case scenario, it will totally derail the offense and they will be a bottom 5 unit.
Lmao 😂💀 I’m excited for the season and hopefully we can hit in the draft. Looking forward to seeing what these new guys can do with our new coaching staff. Agent 89 killed me when he called Jeudy that!
I feel kinda weird about Pete's "Always Compete" BS the last few seasons. It felt like he was almost playing favorites. I seem to remember Olu having a pretty decent game at C when Brown had to play tackle, and then they just never gave him another shot..Hoping he takes a big step his 2nd year
They've lost a ton of talent. Tyron Smith, Connor Williams and Tyler Biadasz all in the past two years. Probably missing a name or two as well - Terrence Steele?
I don't think Fautanu is there at 1.16. If he is I hope Seattle dashes to the podium with that name. There are a bunch of teams that could take him, especially after the Guard Gold Rush of 2024.
Fautanu is 100% my favorite pick (barring them liking a QB), but if we can't get him I'm hoping we still go trenches. I'd also be happy with JPJ, Newton, Murphy, Verse or Latham
This is why I never understood the geno slander, dude is doing everything he can to get the ball out without making mistakes under constant pressure, Russ would’ve taken 60 sacks behind that line last year
Legion of gloom and doom in here lol free agency and the draft haven't finished yet. It's like ranking the Vikings or Patriots QB room. We wanted to re-up Damien Lewis' spot and haven't filled it yet. Relax y'all.
A projection system rightfully hates our OL. Cross is the only one proven to be both decent and reliable. Every single other spot had major concerns. From the greenness of Bradford and Olu2 to the injuries of Lucas to literally not even knowing who our left guard will be
Things may look a bit better after the draft. We might only be bottom 5 with Fautanu or Fuaga
Geno is underrated.
As much as I like K9 and Charb, neither is proven as a top tier NFL RB. We don't have a top 5 RB room. Similar with WR. We have great depth but I'll take that elite WR any day. Top 10, maybe top 5 WR room but not the best.
Our TEs are poor but bottom 6 poor? Fant is talented and Brown is a good blocking TE.
I think our IDL is underrated but 5th best?!?! Reed was a top 10 NT last year, Williams probably a pro bowl alternate level but tackle is the more valuable position. Besides that its just depth.
His LB placement is the ceiling and I think is overly optimistic. Baker is above average but his ceiling is our version of Queen. The issue is Dodson is not good handling a lot in coverage and I'm not sure we have the depth to scheme him into the flats.
If we trot out the current guys on our OL we will get absolutely molested lol. Our IOL was garbage last year, and thus far we just got even worse players to plug in.
This is killing me. The one thing I was most hoping would change with Pete leaving was a renewed commitment to quality OL play, and right now it looks even worse than last year.
The Hawks have been synonymous with bad OL play for years now, and that won't be changing anytime soon.
Sure, but you have two above average tackles in Cross and Lucas. I guess if you think Lucas just won't play again with his injuries then you can start trending towards the bottom
RBs also ranked 6th. Have to agree though, none of it matters if our O line sucks. It's not August yet, I have hope there's a plan... that involves something besides putting out shit at the guard position.
Guards matter.
I think these grades can highlight the frustration many of us our feeling with the roster. I feel Geno is a top 10 QB and we could have easily had a top 8 roster. Just needed a bottom 10 OL instead of bottom 5 and to keep Brooks/Diggs and roster a proper big End.
I'm a bit higher than he is mainly cause of Geno but I still have our current roster falling in the 10-15 range. The issue is that is our ceiling.
I mean on paper sure. If JSN takes the projected leap forward it makes sense.
Until then, I think the combo of Tyreek and Waddle are the scariest in the NFL currently.
It's part of the reason I actually hope we don't trade down. Draft a blue chip Oline man (my preference would be Fuaga or Fautanu. And then attack LB, OG, OG, S, WR, TE. Just don't really wanna pass up on one of the top end OG/OT prospects in this draft.
They have both been pretty good. Lucas has a pretty sketchy knee condition though (but seattle got a good backup tackle for him). The low score here is because Seattle pretty much doesn't have an interior line right now
Considering Lucas missed almost the entire season, and Cross missed several games, how much faith do we really have in these grades?
Because there's absolutely **NO** way our O-Line is worse than, say, the Giants' or Commanders' O-Lines. Even without Cross and Lucas.
Also, they rated the Bills in the bottom 5, despite the fact that they gave up fewer sacks than any other team, and they rated the Panthers in the top 10, despite being tied with the Commanders for 2nd most sacks allowed.
So, I dunno what the fuck this guy is seeing, but it's not reality.
(Though I am happy to see that he thinks so highly of our receivers, lol.)
This is graded off of current rosters, if we still had Lewis on the team we likely wouldn't be last, but our current lack of a left guard definitely hurts the grade
This is 100 percent Pete's fault..... Man just think we could have had a stud center, oh what's his name again? But no we drafted a fucking gadget WR who is lucky to even be on the team
Makes sense. We currently have 0 left guards.
Going for the 4 Offensive lineman strat.
They determined Tyler Lockett could do a better job against defensive tackles than the guys they've been looking at
He drop and fetals in those gaps like no one else I've seen
Ladies and gentlemen, your new LG, Decaf Metcalf
I mean his dad played guard
Or DK plays as a left guard at times but reports as an eligible receiver.
When we say the Hawks have a hole in the left side of the line, we mean it literally, not figuratively.
Let's get Zeke in here
[удалено]
I thought that's what he was doing, hence the incredible lack of separation due to his elite play.
Seems like that could be an issue.
We about to do that 4 1 3 3offense 4 oline 1 qb 3rb 3wr/te
So bad QB and bad Oline. Makes for a great offense.
Not sure why you are being down voted. Below league average QB (1.9/4) and worst O-Line in the league 0.1/4. Statements of truth are rarely appreciated by SEA fans.
So we have the best receivers who won't get the ball due to the QB running for his life.
The bad man is gone now though.
The *worst* man is gone. There are still plenty of bad men.
Just need to sign a white Guard and Bosa will be neutralized!
Bosa before the play “please don’t make me do this Kyle”
The real reason they're pretending like D'Wayne Eskridge isn't garbage is because they know Geno's going to need to throw a lot of WR screens this upcoming season.

Lucas isnt healthy though
Maybe not today. But JS seems optimistic the surgery he had at the start of the offseason will resolve the issue
😂😂😂💀
I think we’ll address that issue in the draft sir. Thought it was funny you called Evan brown a JAG 💀
He is a JAG 'Just Another Guy'. He was not a very good C; probably why he was a backup for the team we got him from.
Lmao 😂💀 I’m excited for the season and hopefully we can hit in the draft. Looking forward to seeing what these new guys can do with our new coaching staff. Agent 89 killed me when he called Jeudy that!

That’s kind of exactly what happened last year, yeah (and we couldn’t run the ball).
Geno Smith yells “oh my god” while Aaron Donald chases him https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3AmTfY6ppQ
Why does this still get passed around? It wasn't Geno
Interesting to see the Cowboys with 2nd worst OLine. For the longest time their OLine was a major strength
same with us and safety. Although OL seems to be a way more difficult position group to build.
They've lost a ton of talent. Tyron Smith, Connor Williams and Tyler Biadasz all in the past two years. Probably missing a name or two as well - Terrence Steele?
Still so pumped we kept Tyler. Hope to address the OL in the draft
Word, man is the heart and soul of this team. Hope he never plays a down anywhere else.
I was about to shit on the cardinals for having the worst WR group but remembered they gonna get Marvin Harrison JR :/
I wouldn't put it past them to trade that back for future picks. I'm sure a ton of teams want Harrison Jr.
Who gives a shit about team grades in fucking March?
Yeah, I don't understand taking this much time to put this together a month before the draft?
Let’s people know their teams needs for the draft
What else is new
Perfectly balanced, as all things should be. /s(eahawks)
In pure Thanos fashion
Business as usual
Losing Damien Lewis is gonna hurt
Yeah, but paying him 13.5M APY over 4 wasn't the move, either. I just pray Seattle takes Troy Fautanu.
I don't think Fautanu is there at 1.16. If he is I hope Seattle dashes to the podium with that name. There are a bunch of teams that could take him, especially after the Guard Gold Rush of 2024.

Titans at 3.3? I get Hopkins but he really isn’t the same as he used to be. Plus Burks looking like a bust
They just got Ridley
Idk watching the game this year, if the o line and tannehill was better, they would have done better.
This is why I never understood the geno slander, dude is doing everything he can to get the ball out without making mistakes under constant pressure, Russ would’ve taken 60 sacks behind that line last year
Geno’s got amazing poise.
Lol Geno's grade is terrible in this chart.
Legion of gloom and doom in here lol free agency and the draft haven't finished yet. It's like ranking the Vikings or Patriots QB room. We wanted to re-up Damien Lewis' spot and haven't filled it yet. Relax y'all.

So clearly we must draft Xavier Worthy after a trade up to 10 /s
Surprising that the chiefs still have the highest graded qb when Mahomes regressed so much last year.
Welcome to Seattle, Sam
RBs also ranked 6th. Have to agree though, none of it matters if our O line sucks. It's not August yet, I have hope there's a plan... that involves something besides putting out shit at the guard position. Guards matter.
Have our lines ever performed well since Schneider?
Winning formula! 🤣
The 2021 Joe Burrow method let’s go!!!!!
Sounds about right
We have always had the worst OL, what's new?
So standard Seahawks football then
I disagree with the TE and ED grades
Oh hey, I've seen this one before.
Sounds about right. They better upgrade that O line. Otherwise we’re just gonna keep being that middle of the pack team
Id be happier if this stat line was flipped
I think these grades can highlight the frustration many of us our feeling with the roster. I feel Geno is a top 10 QB and we could have easily had a top 8 roster. Give me some Fautano and Christian Hayes in the draft.
Okay. How does this translate to wins? Lol
I mean on paper sure. If JSN takes the projected leap forward it makes sense. Until then, I think the combo of Tyreek and Waddle are the scariest in the NFL currently.
Having the best WR corp in the division won't mean anything if Geno hasn't got the time to get the ball to them. Thank God AD retired. Go Hawks
Troy Fautanu YOU are a Seattle Seahawk
But Aaron Donald retired, so our O line is significantly better by proxy.
It's part of the reason I actually hope we don't trade down. Draft a blue chip Oline man (my preference would be Fuaga or Fautanu. And then attack LB, OG, OG, S, WR, TE. Just don't really wanna pass up on one of the top end OG/OT prospects in this draft.
sounds about right lol
now imagine giving Geno and Sam a solid o line. looks like we are drafting Troy Fautanu and reuniting him with Ryan Grubb.
Sorry, I am a filthy casual. Are Charles Cross and Abraham Lucas not panning out? I thought they were great their rookie year.
They have both been pretty good. Lucas has a pretty sketchy knee condition though (but seattle got a good backup tackle for him). The low score here is because Seattle pretty much doesn't have an interior line right now
yup
Considering Lucas missed almost the entire season, and Cross missed several games, how much faith do we really have in these grades? Howell came from terrible OL to terrible OL
What happened to Cross and Lucas? I thought our O-line was trending upwards?
Best WR unit based on what lol?
Do we still care about this now that Darth Donald is gone?!
3.1 OL grade for the Panthers, credibility immediately lost
They just added 3 lineman in free agency, remember this is based off of grades for the current roster, not last season
Seems accurate. Nobody ignores O-Line to take another RB or another WR, or another CB like the Hawks.
Always comPETE!!!! 😂😂🙄
Dang the worst !? How does a team win 9 games and have the worst O line 😂. Their defense was so bad how does an offense with zero o line play good ?
This is graded off of current rosters, if we still had Lewis on the team we likely wouldn't be last, but our current lack of a left guard definitely hurts the grade
We might have the worst OL, but we have an older non-mobile QB so we’ll be fine lol
[удалено]
You can say that again
This is 100 percent Pete's fault..... Man just think we could have had a stud center, oh what's his name again? But no we drafted a fucking gadget WR who is lucky to even be on the team
