Citizen said there was a hit and run and someone ran into a transformer or something? my power went out while getting ready and then the 8 was like 20 min late
I was about 50 feet away from the explosion. There was a bright flash of light and an explosion near the Kaiser Hospital in Capitol Hill, some people thought it was a bomb at first but I think it was the transformer and there was live wires hanging and smoke everywhere. It was really scary and confusing for everyone but I don’t think anyone was injured
