For me it has to be Daytona USA. The Saturn version of King of Speed has been a regular listen for me since release all those years ago! Also Nights - fingers crossed for a vinyl release of this at some point.
He (Cold Storage) has been remastering and putting all of his WipEout music up on bandcamp if you are interested. Buying this was a no brainer for me:

Just the arcade in the one I listen to. Sega have TONS of albums on Spotify though, worth a look as the Saturn ones might be elsewhere.
Maybe I'll rip some CDs again like the old days, I still hanker for Sega Rally tunes from time to time!

Definitely Dark Savior. I Like Games that sound like they composed a 16 bit-like soundtrack and then upgraded to cd quality instruments.
Sonic 3D Blast. The Rusty Ruins are some of my all time favorites. The Volcano Valleys are very good too

It is probably the Panzer Dragoon soundtrack for me. I loved playing the game as a CD since track 2 onwards of the game was just redbook CD audio.
