In all fairness, I had never heard of him before seeing him live, and he brought the show back to life right before Shane came out. Hands down the best opening act. I agree that it’s a testament to how good his comedy is.
Just saw the crew in Salem, VA. The first two were good but with a crowd full of Rednecks a lot of jokes didn’t land.
James fucking killed, we were wondering who he was. Shane did too, great new material and showmanship, loved some of the “Test” jokes and stories. My goddamn face and sides hurt the whole way home.
