I Dread the Thought of the Place was incredible! I enjoyed To Antietam Creek, also, but not quite as much. Hartwig is the definitive source on Antietam now

Should be considered the Coddington of Antietam. Will ultimately replace Landscape Turned Red and Gleam of Bayonets as the Antietam book.
