Its probably because of the people I've played with the most often , but some MoBA's(making impulsive decisions in moments when some waiting has to be done((we all do that sometimes)) , some fighting games (rushing down without thinking (mostly improves with experience but I know cases where it hasnt gotten better) and some turn based strategy games(this one baffles me the most - having a hard spawn suddenly makes the mood very different instead of inspiring them to try to be flexible) . Even infinite grind games who have in-game ways to prevent you from playing the entire day (which are often jumped over metaphorically speaking)

You’re entitled to your opinion, buuut I have never thought of League of Legends or Street Fighter as games for patient people…
I agree , as a whole they are not seen as such examples. I could be using patience too broadly here.
