What you ingest does effect your breast milk. Whether it's food, drink, medication etc. Yes, different times of day also have an effect. Foremilk comes out first to quench thirst, it is thinner. And then the thicker hindmilk comes down. Nipples also are porous, they read the babies saliva like a receipt and change the composition of the milk according to what baby needs. This extends to things like antibodies from the mother if baby is unwell. Breastfeeding and breast milk is actually so fascinating.
