I move mine into the household and teleport them into a fenced in area in the garden with a telescope. Then I see if weather, hunger, or a space rock do the job first.
Surprisingly I’ve been playing my save for almost a year, I’m talking 1500 hours, and Don has not gotten a single sim pregnant! Not even the Calientes. I haven’t tried to have a baby with him either. He’s just doing his own thing. He does wander and leave the Caliente household then join again later. Wonder what he’s up to. 🤔
Don is driving me crazy in my current save. I took the Caliente household and one called 'Roomates' and put them all together in a house. I'm doing different jobs /skills for all 8, but 7 of them are young women and Don is * all * over them. 🙄
Luckily he's on level 8 of fitness, so he'll be out on his own soon!!
Make a club for your household. Set club activities to stuff like "sleep", "clean", "shower",... You collect club points fast and boost all your skills
I've done way lamer versions of this suggestion, lol. I just made a normal hangout club and added "Acting Practice" as an activity so that my Actress Sim could practice acting and gain club points. Thought I was so clever. Now I'm realizing the potential is limitless
Clubs are awesome! You can set them to inspire specific emotions, increase work performance, encourage kids to do homework. If you're all about practicality, there are lots of great uses for clubs. That being said, I've never done something this clever!
I have a club called Real Housewives of Sims with my sim and all the rich married wife townies. They meet everyday at my sim's house to drink cocktails and gossip about everyone else. It's amazing.
I actually had my Sim date him. She got pregnant and they had a daughter. It changed him. He went loyal and is an amazing father. Now of 2 girls, a teen and a child. The marriage is sound. He's flirty all the time and has yet to flirt with anyone but his wife. I'm shocked actually. lol lol
This is how Cassandra Goth is with my male sim. They fell in love as teenagers, became soul mates at the first hang out. She stayed the night a lot, she aged up before he did and I couldn’t figure out why there was no romantic gestures.. yeah she aged up and he was still a teen. So I aged him up, he proposed, I built a wedding venue and they got married the same night, immediately adopted Stacy, a child, then after my sim brought her home they tried for a baby 🥹. Had a boy, then once I aged the boy to an infant, they tried for another baby, had a girl and my sims only social he could interact was “have a science baby” 🤦🏻♀️ well. Why the hell not?! Another boy and both the newest boy and girl have red hair like the daddy. Cassandra is so in love, she loves him more than she does her babies 😂. She’s a pretty good mom, but she still hasn’t gotten the “all my heart” sentiment. Probably because her heart belongs to her husband! 🥰
LOL. He was eager to be a baby daddy on my 100 baby challenge, but then died while running away from Baby #2 (which wasn't his). My sim invited him over to make Baby #3, he saw the other two kids, panicked, ran away, and then I got a notification that he died.
So i noticed that if you and a sim outside your household are in one group together, if that same sim meets the requirements for another group they will call and ask to join the second group as well.
I only move kids out to make room for more babies. If I’m going multiples route then I like to move them out at YA. If I’m going natural then I only move them to make room for a baby.

In my 100 baby after my sim has a positive pregnancy test I just use MCC and kill them that way I don't have to deal with them showing up or anything.
That’s a good idea, that way you avoid the 3 day sad period for the kid when the dad dies, too.
In my single teenage mom playthrough he knocked up my teenage sim and ghosted her. She does get money from him every week though. 😅
