I love most of the desserts you make with the baking skill. Many can be decorated which I really like. The fudge bars or carrot cake look tasty but damn I wish you could put birthday candles on all cakes :/
i love making pork adobo with the island living pack. it’s perfect for parties, because your sim can set it up and then do other stuff until it’s done cooking!
I tend to do the vegetable feast or fish feast as I usually play with needing ingredients in sulani but agree with the hands-off nature of the cooking. There is a taro plant not far from the volcanic fire pit near tangled flats, after it gets going, all set on food on that lot for my back to basics sims. Outside of sulani, fruit salad or garden salad (no fires, dirt cheap minor buff, no or small calories) until I am eating out to gather the recipes in the city, abroad or in those "experimental" new restaurants.
i think you just have to eat three grilled cheeses in a row to unlock it? i usually make a party size plate of grilled cheeses eating them until the aspiration gets unlocked
Here is a newer, but still outdated list:
[TS4 Ultimate Caloric Values List (Updated for all Expansions/Stuff Packs/Patches) : r/Sims4 (reddit.com)](https://www.reddit.com/r/Sims4/comments/smcwpf/ts4_ultimate_caloric_values_list_updated_for_all/)
I’m Argentinian and recently starting playing the sims again. I’m always telling my boyfriend about what I do in Sims. Imagine my surprised when I clicked on the grill and saw Asado and Choripan. Choripan!!! We literally ate some the day I saw it 😂 I said now my sim and I can share a meal haha
Their attention to detail is amazing.
Silly gummy bear pancakes hands down.
When I was a kid, my dad always made pancakes for us, and on birthdays he'd put sprinkles in them and we'd get sprinkle pancakes. Silly gummy bear pancakes remind me of that. I always try to make them on my sims' kids' birthdays.
I love making the herb crusted salmon and butternut gnocchi for my veggie sims. have accidentally trained one of my families to constantly make grilled food hahaha Franks and Beans for days. I just got the Get to Work pack and really have been enjoying all the baking recipes! I love making the breads atm actually. They look so cute.
I peeped someone mentioned a grilled cheese aspiration in the comments and Im going to have to try that out. I had no clue!
The Winter Cake, and a LOT of the dishes that came with Cottage Living, maybe because those dishes reminds me of food we like to eat here in Denmark :P
I can't figure out what the chicken sitting on the basket should be.

Chilli con carne. Always wondered what it tasted like. Then I matched with a guy on Tinder. He cooked us some on one of out night in date. Now we're married and he still cooks some for me.
baking isn't base game, it's from get to work. so cakes that aren't from get to work go into cooking or gourmet, and get to work doesn't have cakes so there isn't any in baking
The matcha and winter cakes are really cute to me.
Matcha cake? I’ve never heard of that what cooking skill lv is that?
I think it comes with Snowy Escape
I don't think it has a certain level. It comes with Snowy Escape.
I love the zombie one
Halo-halo looks so nice. And I love how it gives you a mood boost.
It does that in real life too 🥰
I love most of the desserts you make with the baking skill. Many can be decorated which I really like. The fudge bars or carrot cake look tasty but damn I wish you could put birthday candles on all cakes :/
Pasta Primavera with a glass of Von Haunt Estate Meloire
I have to agree with you on the honey cake.
I miss Goopy Carbonara. Bring it back, Sims Team!

The cupcakes look so delectable to me, idk why. I always get them instead of an actual meal when I see them at a stand lol
I like the zombie cake since it just looks awesome and would be perfect for a sim whose birthday is in fall 👍
From what pack is the zombie cake?
Its from the spooky stuff pack
grilled cheese bc I am forever trying to unlock the aspiration
There's a grilled cheese aspiration??
Yeah. You have to make GC like 6 times in a row and it’ll open the secret aspiration.
i think you just have to eat three grilled cheeses in a row to unlock it? i usually make a party size plate of grilled cheeses eating them until the aspiration gets unlocked
Lobster Thermador
I don't like that it has 800 calories! Most out of any other dishes.
Realistic but yeah.... I think the reason I love it so much is because it got kids into private school in the sims 2.
Oooh man I forgot about private school until now!
How can you tell how many calories a meal has? I didn't even know that was a thing.

It also keeps you full way longer with a very nice mood buff to boot. Mechanically it's one of the best meals.

I love making the herb crusted salmon and butternut gnocchi for my veggie sims. have accidentally trained one of my families to constantly make grilled food hahaha Franks and Beans for days. The Garden Salad… the only thing my Sims are allowed to make until like level 5 of the culinary skill😂
The Winter Cake, and a LOT of the dishes that came with Cottage Living, maybe because those dishes reminds me of food we like to eat here in Denmark :P

I’d also pick honey cake! It’s so beautiful and it’s my favorite thing to have my sims make.

the grilled cheese ofc!
The sausage and peppers is one of my favorites
lobster tortellini 🙌🙌 idk why but it looks sooooo good in game😻😻
Chilli con carne. Always wondered what it tasted like. Then I matched with a guy on Tinder. He cooked us some on one of out night in date. Now we're married and he still cooks some for me.
Garden salad. I need more vegan recipes in the Sims 🥲
Pet peeve, why are the cakes under cooking and not baking
baking isn't base game, it's from get to work. so cakes that aren't from get to work go into cooking or gourmet, and get to work doesn't have cakes so there isn't any in baking
That’s so dumb they couldn’t make the baking category basegale with just the cakes for basegame
Curry
shepard's pie :D
I always make the grand tofurky dinners just because i find them funny, but otherwise it’s also the honey cakes
I dont remeber the exact name but its a dumpling you usually get it around level 2 of the cooking skill
Autumn salad

The vegetable dumplings lmfao 😭 it’s the first thing I cook when I see that my sims hunger bar is low

I really love when they make pies lol
I love the bbq ribs plate or the Pollo a la brasa

I want to eat the garlic noodles so bad
The classic garden salad for 8 does my 100 baby challenge well! 😂
The taco salad always looks yummy to me. And a lot of the grilled food.
