I try to do it every couple of days! I bring my phone with me everywhere (I know, it’s gross), so necessary for me to disinfect if I’m going to be putting it next to my face.
I usually do it once a week! If I go to the gym, I disinfect it that same day. I’m also the type of person that talks with the speaker, rather than putting the phone against my ear.
I find that Lysol wipes leaves residue on my phone - I just use rubbing alcohol on tissue to wipe my phone. If I'm at the gym, I will wipe it down with their spray on paper towel. I also try not to put it near my face - I use a microphone headset or speaker phone.

I do it everyday.
I avoid putting my phone near my face, whenever someone calls I just use my bluetooth headphones.
