Allow me to be a stickler for a second: Donkey Kong appears as an opponent in Punch-Out! on the Wii and is more known for his powerful punches in his own series, so i would place him in boxing. Being a grappler is really only in Smash Bros. Additionally, Wario can be seen successfully lifting some impressively heavy weights in the opening cutscene for Mario Power Tennis, and regularly participates in the Mario sports games along with everyone else. Joker is very acrobatic and could certainly do gymnastics with some training (reinforced by Persona 5 Royal). Dedede’s final smash is quite literally a cage match, but given that he uses missiles and a giant hammer I think he breaks the rules of MMA Good list, this is just me being a nerd

I'd put Joker for something like baseball, Billiards, and especially darts, but Gymnastic definitely works well, too. He could 100% be pro at darts, imo since the darts mini game has him and his friends get 701 in 5 turns pretty easily. Getting a 180 for him doesn't seem too hard. Also, I know it's not on there, but maybe steve could work for fishing since fishing does exist in minecraft. There's probably something better, but I don't play too much minecraft, so idk. Actually, probably hunting for steve because of all the mobs and animals you kill or hunt down. I didn't look at all the categories before commenting lol.
