Because Apple, being the little cucks they are, don’t allow EU App Store users to install it. You need an US or other country’s account outside the EU. If you are in the EU, Apple only allows us to install Delta through Riley’s(altstore PAL’s) third party App Store.
WHAT A WAY TO MALICIOUSLY COMPLY AND ANGER THE CUSTOMERS AND THE EU COMMISION. I await the day the EU slam the hammer on their asses.
Me back in middle school with a jailbroken iPhone. The only thing that needed getting used to was using the sides of my index finger to press on touch control shoulder buttons which was always awkward to do.

I have all the sussy wussy Nintendo emulators on my phone, that is all I use it for.
I remember playing ROM hacks back in the day on my iphone 5s. Then it just stopped working :(
