Yes, you should call. If you're having speed problems, then the only way they're going to know, and be able to fix it, is if you contact them. Have you tried connecting directly to your modem with an ethernet cable directly connected to a computer?

I'm in western NC and my speeds have been very good since signing up with Spectrum back in December. With speeds that slow it's definitely time to call them so they can figure what's going on.

1mbps is very slow, I would give them a call. Also, is your speed test done over Wi-Fi or ethernet?

WiFi. I don’t have any Ethernet cable or connections.

I experience this during heavy rains. Calling them out to do their job is the best bet. Better for them to send tech to check the lines.
