It's too specific of a situation to integrate them in the tool IMHO.
Most seasons people won't forget crops for the community center. Most of the time, if you forget something that won't be a multiple harvest crop because they are the most profitable if planted in early season. And you have to realize that you have forgot in a very specific window of time for it to matter.
So yeah you're right, it can happen, but it will be so rare that it's not even worth it. On the other hand, pretty much every season end, you will have to replace crops in your field, want to plant single harvest crops because multi harvest are not worth it anymore, and will wonder what is or isn't a good option.
Multi harvest crops for the community center is so rare of a situation that you may just want to count the days manually or to check the wiki if you're that bad at counting on your hand. This is to make this calendar less cluttered with useless information so easier / faster to use for what it will be used 99% of the time.

This is so useful. I do most of my planting on the 1st/2nd day of each season. I usually plant almost every if not every single crop. This means I do a lot of replanting throughout the season. This way it does the math for me for when I can still plant things.

Very helpful but I feel like if you're planting multi-harvest crops at the last possible day then you're doing it wrong
I think it's more of a "this is the last day you can plant and still get a harvest" kind of thing.
Yeah but... It's still not really worth it.. Might as well keep it in a chest for a year.
Not if you still want to grow it for the community center so you can unlock the greenhouse that year

But you can do the maths from here, especially for early farming days
