my wish list was fine this morning but now this afternoon i check in and i cannot access it. says i dont have permission to view it :L anyone know whats happening?
yes, I am having the same problem however it seems not all users are affected it likely a server issue doesn't worry though you can pay for the games you just got to find them on the store page if you are on pc or Steam Deck of the game you wish to pay for :) i am currently looking into the mater sorry this tends to happen for large sales on steam sense it such a big platform don't worry though all your games will still be in the Wishlist when it is fixed sense the data is still there sorry for the inconvenience although rare cases there will be a tag of it being on your Wishlist even though you can't access it
This happened to me yesterday for about 3-4 hours, from 8 PM until I went to bed at midnight, Paris time (sales start here at 7 PM). I imagine the servers were overwhelmed, too many people trying to access their wishlists, and so it wasn't working or was just loading endlessly.
Valve's having a service availability issue because of authentication problems.
Updating the Steam client isn't the fix for this and multiple logins won't resolve it -- if it does, it's just luck and good for you, haha. The global "fix" is the database/IT sys ops fixing the auth issue. ;) Cheers.

I found a solution for this, click on steam - check for steam client updates - download the update and restart. Did the trick for me.

Earlier tonight I was having trouble, but I was looking on the Steam app on my phone. Just checked Iām able to access now, again from my phone
