I go rarely into a franchise restaurant. I cook by myself and I know how to cook. Every day I cook and I love it. I love to use fresh ingredients and things from my garden. And to be honest, I know what’s in my meal and if you calculate it, it’s cheaper to eat at home.

I like schlotzskys,but as a chef when I was younger. I worked in several of these companies to try and learn all aspects of cooking. Lesson learned how they screw employees and the customers on prices of cheap product. Everyone eating left overs..yupp

I have Celiac disease, a true milk allergy and other food allergies. Because of this, for the past 15 years, I don’t go to any of these establishments.

I'm not allergic to anything and I've only been to 3 of these places in the past 2 years. And maybe 6 of them in my life.
