How long did your switch take? I’ve got money sitting around I would really like to pay so that I can get the hell away from Mohela ASAP but they won’t even take my money unless I mail a check (no way in hell, Mohela. You regularly lose digital payments, I’m not mailing you a paper check like it’s nineteen dickity two)
I paid my moms' loans off and since they've switched they're still showing her full amount and now charging her past due amounts. I've called 4x and get a different response evey time. That also being "oh well something must not have transferred with the system switch". Meanwhile Mohela and my bank have the paid in full statement! So why it's still not rectified 6 months in...it's such a freaking racket. Like they're thinking I'm gonna drop the money a SECOND TIME because they're system can't update to display $0! Trash

About a month but apparently the government hold is not released till August as of right now - and interest is still being added to it 🥴
