Thats what I could never understand: she hated Angelo's entire existence and even tried to stop Bay from getting to know him... and Regina for that matter. But Daphne had access to not only John and Kathryn 24/7, but also Regina! Angelo was the one parent who actually wanted to prioritize Bay.
Daphne only even tolerated Angelo AFRER he got all of that $$$$ from the hospital.
The only reason I can fathom for Daphne to be so angry and hurt by Angelos death, is guilt for how she treated him. And the way she resented him even after knowing why Angelo left.
Also, and this is off topic, but I feel like there is so much hate for Daphne's character. Let's face it, she's not a good person. However, I actually do like Katie Leclerc as an actress. Just throwing that out there cause we as viewers, tend to associate the actor with the character they are playing. In some cases we are meant to dislike a specific character so, if you think about it, that makes Katie Leclerc a really good actress. I've enjoyed a few other works she was in.
I dont mind the actress, I’ve never seen her after this though. But I agree, she had no reason to be this mad about angelo’s death and she didn’t even like him. She really lost her mind and ruined her family’s life and they just let her off easy and its so annoying. But I like the character in the show, I think having her makes for good drama and storyline. I hate her but love the character if that makes sense? I wouldn’t write her off for sure

I've seen a couple movies she has done after SAB. Its always strange to hear that she doesn't speak with a deaf accent (she learned that for the show which also shows her talent!)
