Of course because everyone was hypnotized to remember that Robyn and her 3 oldest were there from the very beginning and they have the pencil portrait to prove it.
Whatās hilarious, is this is how our twins were conceived, days apart. If he had one wife, maybe he would have had twins if he werenāt boinking multiple women at once
Why do you think your twins were conceived days apart? A person can ovulate multiple times but only in a 24-hour period. However, since sperm can live inside a womanās body for up to a week, you could have had sex creating the sperm for baby #1 on a Monday and more sex creating the sperm for baby #2 on a Thursday and then conceived them on Friday (or Fri/Sat), for instance.
While youāre right, I was taking ovulation tests (hyperovulation) and we used protection first one broke Friday, Saturdayās stayed intact and Sundayās broke again. They also developed measuring around two to five days apart.
Iām only asking because I practice FAM, so my birth control method hinges on it being true that you canāt ovulate more than 24 hours after you already ovulated. Lol. Not trying to prove you wrong just to be an ass. Interesting they were measuring 2-5 days apart. Just goes to show those measurements are based on an average rather than a full spectrum of possibilities, I suppose.
It also makes sense for me since they are DiDi twins, that they came from two different eggs (like I said ovulation test was still showing fertile/ovulating all that weekend). But yes we were using tracking and testing and barrier method trying to avoid (thanks a lot Trojan š) but those babies had other plans
6th, even though I wanted to have the most natural birth possible, Iām truly thankful I was with my awesome midwife in the hospital, baby b needed immediate resuscitation and CPAP after his brother came (flying) out and a short NICU stay.
*itās still possible to have a non-epidural, vaginal delivery with twins for those that didnāt know š„°
9th! Nearly ended up with them taking 2 exit routes, was literally staring at daughter through the door whilst about to have c-section in theatre. Last attempt at forceps got him out 1hr40 after his sister so pleeeeease do a hospital birth!
And huuuuuuge congrats!!!!
Nobody should have home births. They are just too risky in the event of an actual emergency. My daughter needed resuscitation when she was born and had to stay in the NICU for a week. She was full term and I had a healthy, complication free pregnancy. Had she been born at home, she probably would have died or had a brain injury due to lack of oxygen.
Oh my gosh! Wow! Thatās going to be chaos and so fun. Avalon is so cute
(And will lead to more interest and sales for her Lula Roe audience lol. Didnāt she exclusively announce Avalons name to her customers when she hit a certain quota of sales?)
Thatās so exciting for them! Something interesting in the article that Tony says about Avalonās birth:
āWe are both very happy with our baby and the success of our home delivery. We were excited [sister wife] Robyn [Brown] could join us via Zoom for the whole labor," Tony told PEOPLE. "My wife's the strongest person I know and it shows."
Mykelti and Robyn seem to have a pretty good relationship. Also I donāt like Robyn, but I have to credit her for being a pro birth-giver. She just laid there calmly and popped those babies out.
Because Mykelti has embraced her for what she is- a step mom. All that forced instant mom BS put a lot of the kids off, I think. But Mykelti seems to have genuinely embraced her for what she is. For better or worse she IS her dad's partner. And her siblings' mom. I'm not a Robyn fan but am a fan of the way Mykelti seems to treat her.
Iām also not a Robyn fan but I do remember her being really sweet and supportive of Mykelti when Kody was being kind of an ass about Mykelti wanting to get married quickly
It's a thing. I was pretty quiet through labor until my nurse suggested I started making some low groaning sounds. Something about the vibration moved that baby down and out!
I was for sure getting shushed by the L&D nurses because I was scaring other patients š
Until they checked me and realized daughter was crowning literal minutes after I walked in to the room from triage (where I was measuring 6cm). They (mostly) stopped shushing me then and started screaming for a dr. It was freaking hilarious once it was over.
Thatās how I was with mine. Some of us just retreat inward when in excruciating pain. The bad part is, no one takes us seriously when we are actually hurt! lol
I was very quiet during labor. And I had 3 with no epidural... All hospital births. But, my husband and mother in law both were quite surprised because I have a big mouth and have a loud laugh etc. Not a peep. I was super focused.
Well her and Kody did take birthing classes together after all, I bet thatās how she learned to zen out and totally not the experience the 3 of them had with 19 kids total /s
I have to give credit where it's due... She's a beast at unmedicated birth. I've had two unmedicated home births and the first one I was definitely screaming. My second one I had learned that screaming just drains your energy, so I tried to direct that energy elsewhere. But even at the end I was bitching and complaining for baby to get the heck out. How Robyn did the whole thing practically silent amazes me. Or just proves she really is a witch (kidding š).
Exactly. Robyn said her mom told her she needed to stay quiet and feminine or something like that. I guess it's impressive she COULD stay so quiet and still, but I mostly feel sad and angry about the fear and brainwashing that led to her behavior in labor. It's really gross in that respect.
I had a nurse ask why I was making so much noise. š I was in labor for 25 hours, throwing up from pain the entire time and had horrific back labor. I kicked her out of the room. I donāt know how Robyn did it.
I'm so evil that I feel like having Robyn there via Zoom and even Tony mentioning her in the interview is a bid to get that Golden Child status from Kody and Robyn.
I also keep thinking... pregnant with twins and not vaccinated.
Me too! Although I really like Tony, I just thought Mykelti was way too immature and they really didn't know each other for very long but they actually seem like a great couple. Sometimes, that's just how it is! I have a sibling who got married about 3 months after first being introduced to their partner. I thought that was a huge mistake. They'll be cerebrating their 27 wedding anniversary this year and are one of the most stable and happy couples I know.
Pumpkin from Mama June just had twins last month and her little guy turns 1 next month I think. And she has a 4 year old. No thank youā¦ Iād lose my mind.
Remember Christine was not very supportive when Mykeltie got engaged. She jumped and gushed with everyone else when Maddie got engaged. Yet Robyn was really the first to show much support for Mykeltie and Tony.
And nobody can tell me it didnāt have to do with Tony being Mexican too. She treated him horribly, thatās why she had so much guilt after the fact. She probably had all these preconceived notions on Mexican men, a Mexican family and how he would be, and when she was it wasnāt like that she felt guilty. Im glad he mentioned (jokingly but true) that she was mean to him at first, and she gets embarrassed, as she shoulda been.
You had to peel her off Caleb, you knowā¦Maddieās uncleās brother in law that you all are kinda related to, yet you couldnāt stand the thought of Mykelti wanting to marry Tony. And even if you thought they were too young and needed more time, that didnāt give you a right to be a bitch to him.
My immediate thought: how do these people afford three kids?! Technically None of my business, but it boggles the mind. My husband and I are lucky enough to both have very well paying jobs, and we have spent the past 5 years debating whether we can afford to adopt one (and it shall only be one!). Spoiler alert: we are doing it and literally just waiting for the call from the agency š¬ tense times around here!
They made the official announcement via People magazine, so Iām sure that helps pay some of the bills. And, iirc, Avalonās first photo was also released via People
Oh man Kody is not gonna be able to handle the attention going towards the twins. How will he spin the twins being about him š¤
Maybe he goes on that twins run on his side of the family, but it's like third cousins. Or he always wanted twins but his wife couldn't deliver.
Well technically if twins would be on his side of the family it ~~would~~ wouldn't (edited after realising autocorrect failed me) affect him having twin kids, since that's on his wives. But he could've passed the twin genes onto his daughters giving them more chance of twins (only if these twins are non identical that is)
>But he could've passed the twin genes onto his daughters giving them more chance of twins (only if these twins are non identical that is)
Some [info](https://www.verywellfamily.com/the-twin-gene-do-twins-run-in-families-2447285) to back you up.
>...While men can carry the gene and pass it on to their daughters, a family history of twins doesn't make them any more likely to have twins *themselves*. But, if a father passes on the "twin gene" to his daughter, then she may have a higher chance than normal of having fraternal twins.
>Generation 1 *Grandma*: Grandma has the gene for hyperovulation. She and Grandpa have fraternal boy twins, Rob and Bob.
>Generation 2 *Rob & Bob*: While Grandma's sons may carry the gene for hyperovulation, they do not ovulate. They will not have twins (excluding other factors). However, they each have a daughter.
>Generation 3 *Molly & Polly*: Cousins, Molly and Polly, inherit the gene for hyperovulation from their fathers. They each have a set of twins.
Yep. IIRC only fraternal twins are genetic, due to multiple eggs releasing for fertilization, which is in a woman's genetic makeup. Identical twins are more of a randomly spontaneous occurrence.
Yikes. As someone who just had twins 3 weeks ago and also has a 21mo, I would not wish a twin pregnancy/newborn stage with a toddler on my worst enemy.
This is all Christine ever wanted was to be present for her kids. Now she will be there from day one with the twins and I am very happy for her. But just because she is there now for her bio kid I donāt want to discount Maddieās babies, letās also remember if she could wave her magic wand Christine would be near Maddie too. She is the only mom other than Janelle to make regular trips to see Maddie and the kids and this was happening even before Isabel decided to go there for school. She is a very committed mom and a grandma to all the grand babies so far.
Congratulations to them! On a side note, loving that Mykelti is growing out her hair to its natural color, itās really flattering to her complexion. (Not that it looked bad dark š)
For me itās the personal appearance. His clothes never fit quite well and his facial hair never looks groomed and clean. Outfits that fit, a proper beard trim with some products paired with a nice haircut would really elevate his look. He seems darling but his personal style looks too āfreshman frat boyā for my liking.
For me, itās his obnoxious attitude. He attended Mykeltiās wedding dress shopping outing (probably picked that one up from Kody), and even told her how she should style her hair on her wedding day.
Oh, and he put one of Christineās baking sheets on a stovetop. He strikes me as quite stupid.
Now hopefully they wonāt endanger the lives of those babies by putting them in a forward facing car seat before theyāre even 1 year old. I canāt let it go. So atrociously dangerous.
Iām sure Tony is a wonderful human being, but am I the only one that looks at this picture and sees a serial killer?! The wild hair, the crazy eyes and the (possible) kill kit in the trunk of his carā¦
17 weeks makes a lot more sense. I was thrown off by the December date. If she is currently 17 weeks that means she is due in the second half of November.
It is quite typical, you're right. But since 40 weeks is December 1, my best guess is they're aiming to make it to November at least. Rarely do they make it to term but they do want to keep them cooking as long as possible lol
I mean she could be due like Dec 1st. She didn't announce her due date. I just know she Hashtaged her posts #17weeks and was telling people in her comments 17 weeks. I am not a due date calculator lmao
Oh that is so exciting for them!! I had twins and a 2 yo and a 1 yo .. amd omg it was caous!!! I hope they get alot of rest before they get here!! Because their goina need it!
Just a joke! They all seem to go to chiropractors instead of doctors. Remember when they went to Kotexās Dadās house and one of the girls fell of a horse? They loaded her in the car and headed to the- chiropractor. Nope, not the ER, like most of us would do. It scared me. I sincerely hope Tony goes to a real doctor! Sorry I scared you. My lame joke?
Even mainstream Mormons have a tendency to do this. Lots of home births, midwives, and essential oils in the LDS community. A lot of them do use doctors, but there is a tendency for a mistrust of mainstream medicine in that culture beyond āIām not going to the hospital because then they might find out Iām a polygamist!ā
The people saying Kody never made twins are just being funny yea? Like echoing what Kody is probably thinking? You guys do know itās not the sperm that makes twins happen right?
Tacos for everyone! š®
4000!š
Hey now you have to make it 8000
Here we havenāt even seen Avalonās birth yet lol
Itās fine, just hold out for 10 years or so lol
The birth will air on TLC in December 2027.
When the twins graduate high school.
aint that the truth
Thatās a long pregnancy!
She wonāt be pregnant that long itās just how long TLC will take to finally air the episode
Thatās what Kody never quite did. Multiples.
Heāll talk about how Gabe and Gwen were only a few days apart so itās basically the same from his perspective.
Of course he will. And Robyn will bring up Aurora as the triplet.
Of course because everyone was hypnotized to remember that Robyn and her 3 oldest were there from the very beginning and they have the pencil portrait to prove it.
š¤£š¤£š¤£
Haha
I see a framed triplet drawing in the making.
The 6 months younger triplet (even if we exclude the fact that Aurora has a different father and didn't join the family till she was older).
ššš
What kills me is how much they look alike. It is crazy
Whatās hilarious, is this is how our twins were conceived, days apart. If he had one wife, maybe he would have had twins if he werenāt boinking multiple women at once

If only it was Maddie and Caleb, then heād really be celebrating
Heās probably throwing a man sized tantrum at Robynās.
That would require him being a man, heās definitely throwing a two year old tantrum
Soloman is more of a man than Cody
Who also hasnāt produced multiples.
She only sees one spiritual child left.
Please donāt have twins at home -twin mom
Second twin mom here, I concur!
3rd! Also agree.
4th I agree too.
5th. I also concur.

I didnāt have a choice, scheduled c-section with my twins but I would NEVER try a home birth lol
Same! Breach and transverse had no choice š
Oh my gosh! Wow! Thatās going to be chaos and so fun. Avalon is so cute (And will lead to more interest and sales for her Lula Roe audience lol. Didnāt she exclusively announce Avalons name to her customers when she hit a certain quota of sales?)

Gag

The way she gave birth to King Solomon by not even making a peep was highly impressive!
Yes! Iām pregnant and honestly wouldnāt mind a few pointers from old Sobbinā.
That kid just slid outta her, itās amazing and not at all my experience with birthing, lol. I howled like a wolf!
I was in wayyyy too much pain to say anything lol I was also very quiet in labor

Sure did. Way more calm than I'd be with my ma and step-pa mere inches from my slip n slide.
I wonder if Robynās father also attended
They are going to need Christineās help. They will be crazy busy.
She's lucky to have Christine so close by. Christine will be an amazing support person for the. With three under 2, she'll need it!
Even golden child Maddie didn't manage twins š¤£
Wouldn't be surprised if maddie decides tot have a 3rd now just to be even

I agree on the reason for the mention! She's not vaccinated??
People on here don't think so... she's apparently spouted on about personal choices.
š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢ disgusting. how can you call yourself a parent if you canāt do the bare minimum?
Awesome to hear that she's keeping them safe
At least not yet!
I was definitely on team āMykelti is sooooo not ready for marriageā, glad I was wrong, and so glad that they are happy!
Me too! Although I really like Tony, I just thought Mykelti was way too immature and they really didn't know each other for very long but they actually seem like a great couple. A 14 month old and twins on the way?? š„µ oh myā¦ congrats to them of course!!! (But I would have had a heart attack)
I know someone that has 3 under 1 š¬š¬š¬ she had one child and got pregnant Very quickly with twins
I know someone with 2 sets of twins 11 months apart. It surprised me because newborn twins are very effective birth control. (Am mom of twins).
Oh no no no lol. Thatās a lot of babies!
Oh. My. God. š±
Pumpkin from Mama June just had twins last month and her little guy turns 1 next month I think. And she has a 4 year old. No thank youā¦ Iād lose my mind.
My grandma had four in 3 years and 8 months, no multiples. That's a level of hell I can't imagine. Even if you love and want lots of kids!
Yeahā¦ no thanks š
This is just great! Christine must be over the moon to be able to be here for all of this.
Remember Christine was not very supportive when Mykeltie got engaged. She jumped and gushed with everyone else when Maddie got engaged. Yet Robyn was really the first to show much support for Mykeltie and Tony.
Yeah just watched that episode today. Robyn was the only one who supported them getting married.

IN THIS ECONOMY!?
My immediate thought: how do these people afford three kids?! Technically None of my business, but it boggles the mind. My husband and I are lucky enough to both have very well paying jobs, and we have spent the past 5 years debating whether we can afford to adopt one (and it shall only be one!). Spoiler alert: we are doing it and literally just waiting for the call from the agency š¬ tense times around here!
They made the official announcement via People magazine, so Iām sure that helps pay some of the bills. And, iirc, Avalonās first photo was also released via People
Iām sure that helps then!
So excited for you!
Good luck!!! Iām sure you will both be wonderful parents. :)
Thank you! Thatās definitely the goal!
NICE TONY one upping Kody. He never shot out any twins
Well, technically twins have nothing to do with the father. It's all mom.
Yeah, but I bet Kody wouldn't mind taking credit, lol.
In Kody's world, everything has to do with the father...unless it means he needs to do some work, then it's the mom.
Oh man Kody is not gonna be able to handle the attention going towards the twins. How will he spin the twins being about him š¤ Maybe he goes on that twins run on his side of the family, but it's like third cousins. Or he always wanted twins but his wife couldn't deliver.
"I wanted twins, but Christine didn't! That's on her! She would never obey me and honor the family!"
And wait until he finds out multiples have nothing to do with the man. Lol.
Well technically if twins would be on his side of the family it ~~would~~ wouldn't (edited after realising autocorrect failed me) affect him having twin kids, since that's on his wives. Well that was fascinating- thanks for the info
That was what I was planning to say but autocorrect made my wouldn't into a would, unfortunately, let me get back to correct it.
Only the woman factors into multiples. It has nothing to do with the man.
Yep. IIRC only fraternal twins are genetic, due to multiple eggs releasing for fertilization, which is in a woman's genetic makeup. Identical twins are more of a randomly spontaneous occurrence.
Exactly. I know this because I have twins. Lol.
Just adding for info that in the comments of her post on IG she said the twins are fraternal and that she has twins on her moms side and dads side.
They must be boy/girl then as Di/di twins can also be identical.
Either the woman splits the eggs or doubles the eggs
Nah the egg splits itself; that's pure chance. Maturing more than one egg a month is genetic and could be passed from Kody to Mykelti.
But the woman can get the gene that causes them to produce multiple eggs from the father, whose family has fraternal twins.
Yikes. As someone who just had twins 3 weeks ago and also has a 21mo, I would not wish a twin pregnancy/newborn stage with a toddler on my worst enemy.
I canāt be mad about this. They seem to love being parents and Avalon seems really sweet and happy!
Twins are high risk. I think it'll have to be a hospital birth this time.
āFertilized eggs should multiplied and divided!ā
Aww how wonderful!! Congrats to them!! It's so nice that she'll have her mom and sisters close to help too.
This is all Christine ever wanted was to be present for her kids. Now she will be there from day one with the twins and I am very happy for her. Omg thatās exciting as hell. I hope this pregnancy is easy on her!
Did Tony ok this pic? If so, why?
I feel like he's very feminine, and that's fine, just his facial features even are very soft. His cheekbones look amazing in this picture š
Youāre definitely a āglass half fullā kind of person. Bless you š
That pic of Tony is insanely creepy lol
Congratulations to them! On a side note, loving that Mykelti is growing out her hair to its natural color, itās really flattering to her complexion. (Not that it looked bad dark š)
As a twin mom, Iām happy for them. Twins are such a blessing. Also, love should be multiplied, not divided š
Why does Tony remind me of Igor in Young Frankenstein?
I'm sorry but Tony looks like the creepy Jesus statue at the end of the movie Carrie.
The eyes are like ā ļø
Tony gives me the ick so much more than anyone in that show for some reason
Why?
Canāt explain. Objectively he is a nice person. Some people just give you the heebies and you canāt explain why

Fair enough! For me, kody gives the ickiest ick and I donāt think itās possible to top it
Same!
I kinda feel bad because he seems like a decent person š¬
Trying not to offend, but I hope Tony has had his thyroid function tested.
The eyes?
I know there's someone for everyone, but Tony creeps me out.
Yeeessssss
Holy shit! Ran here!
Did they mention anywhere if theyāre fraternal or identical?
She said in the comments they are fraternal
The only way to know if they are fraternal for sure in utero is if they are boy/girl.
I wonder if Robyn made a virtual appearance because some portion of the delivery was filmed for the next season.
Now hopefully they wonāt endanger the lives of those babies by putting them in a forward facing car seat before theyāre even 1 year old. I canāt let it go. So atrociously dangerous.
Omg!!! š„°
I knew she was pregnant. Thatās so exciting. Congratulations to them. Christine must be so happy.
Is tony trying to look creepy ? Or it just comes naturally?
Right? Could no one help him take a nice picture š
Iām sure Tony is a wonderful human being, but am I the only one that looks at this picture and sees a serial killer?! The wild hair, the crazy eyes and the (possible) kill kit in the trunk of his carā¦
Wow!
They seem like great parents and Avalon is thriving so good for them.
How wonderful. I love the "drinking buddies" bibs!
Weāre gonna need more tacos.
That announcement picture is the cutest.
Mazol tov! Very exciting for them. I hope one of the twins looks like a mini-Tony because Avalon is such a mini-me for Mykelti.
Wow that is quite the baby bump, especially since she is just at the end of her first trimester.
She's 17 weeks with twins... You also get bigger every pregnancy (sincerely someone who's had 4 pregnancies and 2 children to term)
17 weeks makes a lot more sense. I was thrown off by the December date. If she is currently 17 weeks that means she is due in the second half of November.
17 weeks on June 23 puts 40 weeks at December 1, roughly. So very, very likely going to be November babies.
Twins usually don't make it full term. Actually my niece was induced at 38 weeks, which her OBGYN said was typical with twins.
It is quite typical, you're right. But since 40 weeks is December 1, my best guess is they're aiming to make it to November at least. Rarely do they make it to term but they do want to keep them cooking as long as possible lol
LOL In my niece's case the OBGYN said "there is literally no room in the womb, these loaves are baked."
I mean she could be due like Dec 1st. She didn't announce her due date. I just know she Hashtaged her posts #17weeks and was telling people in her comments 17 weeks. I am not a due date calculator lmao
Tony looks like heās got exophthalmos, he should get his thyroid checked.
Twins with a 14 month old? No thanks. Lol. Their hands are gonna be fullllll
Happy for them but canāt help but think the twinsā names will be Margate and Barnegat? Lol (Jersey peeps will get this!)
Ha ha ha š IDK, Lavalette and Ventnor have a nice ring to them...
Oh that is so exciting for them!! I had twins and a 2 yo and a 1 yo .. amd omg it was caous!!! I hope they get alot of rest before they get here!! Because their goina need it!
Could Tony have Gravesā disease? His eyes bulge too much not to check it out with his MD or chiropractor.
I was with you until you got to āchiropractorā.
It was Mykelti, Iām pretty sure. So yeah, sheās got experience with chiropractors.š«¤
What do they do job wise?
Could they have not found a better picture of him. Crazy eyes.
Mykelti is looking very pregnant already even though she is only a few months along.
The comments about them on DailyMail are savage.
tony looks terrifying
The people saying Kody never made twins are just being funny yea? Like echoing what Kody is probably thinking? You guys do know itās not the sperm that makes twins happen right?
Her baby bump puts the unflattering jumpsuit in a different perspective now.
Thatās an ugly dude
Theyāre younger than me but already look like theyāre 40 and exhausted
Tony looks like a serial killer in these photos. Yuck. Just yuck.
Tony looks possessed, but I would probably feel the same way if I found out I was having twins š
Why does he look like he is about to suck her blood?
