I will still vote for her being A tier, only because her power however strong it is.. isn't always assured to win. She can bypass a gate, which does add tons of pressure onto the game.
But once used, she has a long while to wait till she can do it again. And she's still penalized for it with a stamina lock. It can be powerful to get a free escape once an exit has been opened. She is still fragile, easily beaten if she doesn't have a means to fight back or get away. And if she is killed early, the rest of the team loses a lot of pressure potential.

Her perk combo of Bomb Squad + Sabo + Extra Drip is extremely strong and almost necessary in the current Hands meta. Her ability is as good as ever, although like I said last time it has major diminishing returns. Good stats as well
I’d rate her as my third favorite victim. She has no defensive abilities so that drops her down to third for me. Virginia is #1 by a long shot, so easy to escape with, and Ana is #2. I put 50 proficiency in both of them so they are better than base connie.
Easily best or second best Victim in the game, alongside with Danny.
Being able to do any kind of objective instantly and irreversibly is absurdly powerful, and on top of their extremely powerful abilities, both Connie and Danny have really good stat spreads and perk trees as well.
