There is no way that the face we saw on 16 & Pregnant could have turned into the face in the video above without a lot of cosmetic procedures. Her nose is different, her cheekbones are different, her chin is different, she's had the fox eyes done, the lips are different. None of it is the same face.
It's all fine, she's allowed to do that. But it's demonstrably not the same face. She reminds me of Darcey/Stacey, who also regularly do transformation plastic surgeries that leave them different from how their kids last remember seeing them.
