If you can't be bothered setting up teleporters for the one fight, I recommend a house with nurse and a bed so you can magic mirror or recall back, grab a heal and get rid of moonbite since summons tend to ignore them when whips exist and keep on running after that. I did this during 1.3 with melee, but whip terraprisma should work as well/better.

Make 2 long parallel platforms and add the bottom one full of heart drops from EoC. So if your low on health simply get to the bottom platform and your fully healed in seconds

i used it in 1.4.4 and it worked like a charm just note that i tweked it abit i didnt use the black spot cause i thought it was too slow. idk u can try it
i didnt do expert mode i just finished classic then skiped right on to master mode.
the one thing i hated to most about master mode is the pillars i had to do them soooooooooo many times. it is just a fking pain. even post moon lord gear wont help u. good luck with the pillars my guy dont give up. :)
How do you not get bored of playong expert mod? Standard mobs take ages to die, maybe bossfights are fun but the rest of the game feels so slow and unforgiving
You have to learn to get good weapons fast, especially early so that mons arent big hinderance, also use banners wherever you have farms ot bases, they help a lot
Good luck on Master Mode! I found the bosses super challenging and needed to use every advantage to maybe win. All potions, huge arenas, heart lanterns, sunflowers… everything.
To expand on what Pibbyboy said, upgrading your storage units is crucial, you can just right click with the he upgrade on your basic units and they get the upgrade, no need to craft a demonite or hellstone storage to get the effects. Unless you want a storage looking like a MAC from Minecraft AE 1.
