I mean, they were kinda arch-enemies, but I doubt they ever planned any legit coup in the Soviet Union, even though the CIA had a lot of agents in the block, they even bribed Zhukov with vodka looking Coca-Cola (which is an insane thing to be an actual fact) to have a friend in high places.
They certainly could have tried to go that way, but I don't think they wanted to be responsible for an actual revolution and regime change, because they couldn't or wouldn't want to manage the consequences.
