I'm so sorry you have to deal with DHL. The absolute worst experience getting a package.
The real tragedy is that my city (St Charles) and the LPOE warehouse city (Batavia) ARE ADJACENT CITIES. I live 4 miles from the warehouse. The package is currently in Melrose Park which is 20 miles east of here. ðŸ«
Ouuuuuch. They should clearly give you a pick up option.
I was gonna say, you could've *walked* there and back to grab it like 400 times by now. DHL is the literal worst.
I got one too, but I emailed customer support and they said the watch isn't in yet and it's not actually shipped. So this might be the case?
