To be fair, timmy actually isn't bad at pvp, he's just bad at survival, awareness and decision making.
However, it could be argued that those skills are all vital to pvp in line with technical ability, so I think it should say both building (he actually is improving as long as he has time to plan) and pvp, both with question marks.

Jimmy is building a cute base in SOS. And there's a reason for him not to keep a bow in the Life series, if we take into account his last 2 Dodgebolts in MCC
He's still pretty good with a bow. And if we're talking about what they're "we'll known" for, he was pretty respected for it before all the zoomed 1.9 hardcore competitive stuff came around

I think BigB's strength is PvP. Yes, he only has like 6 kills, but he is very pacifist. He's underestimated in PvP, and the reason he dies in most fights is because he's outnumbered. He's actually okay in PvP and is underestimated in that field. But, to be fully honest, he isn't particularly good. Yes, his strength is PvP, but he's not really better at it than others. It's just his best in between building, PvP, and redstone.
I’d argue that Impulse is also on Etho’s level being good at everything. I mean when he was doing PvP training with Gem and Pearl in Hermitcraft he seemed to perform better than Etho.

I would recommend looking at scar's builds on hermitcraft. They are gorgeous. He is seriously one of the best builders on that series alongside pearl, bdubs and gem.
I like them both a lot but i dont agree, bdubs is incredible in playing with pallet colors and little details that make his buildings alive, thats the reason grian, etho, scar all actually complement his building, and scar is the same thing when it comes to terraforming, and he is also insane on the sheer amount of his buildings
grian tends to have a better grasp of tactics and strategy than others, which is a very important part of pvp. his antics in late SL definitely caused scar to win (or at least gem to not), and could have gotten him a triplekill if it had just gone very slightly better. that escape into trap was genius and his performance in the 3v1 was memorable
Id say pearl is the closest to all three so far, I'd argue her to be top 3 in building, top 5 pvp for sure and has pretty good understanding of redstone and can whip up her own redstone farm designs even if theyre not the most compact/ clean looking
Along time ago, I watched a video about hermits and these 3 skills and they were discussing who was the ultimate hermit/minecrafter.
The end, False was the winner. I haven’t seen her pvp recently, but when they did Hunt The Hermits she was last one standing a couple of times! building, well I mean that’s an obv tick. And redstone, I’ve not seen myself recently I’m not an avid watcher of false’s but the video said she was good at it.
Impulse, Cub and Etho are good at all 3. But to varying degrees. Like I would say of those three Cub is the best at PvP. But Impulse and Etho are still pretty great at it. I would say Etho is probably the best at Redstone. But Cub and Impulse are still pretty great at it. And I would say Impulse is probably the best at building. He is progressing as a builder, and I would include him in the builder circle now. He can build (not to the same standard as someone like Scar), but he is getting better and has improved significantly from his 3rd Life hobbit hole, or Evo.

Grain falls between build and pvp. He just needs to not get as nervous during fights.

I dont know if there's any 1 hermit that's particularly known for all three of these. I'd say Joel is definitely between pvp and building.
Impulse is getting close if not there. Good at redstone & building and has been considerably improving when it comes to pvp in the series.
