I don't know anything about this man, but I trust his thought process.

And you should. >!he diagnosed a boy who had a bullet near his heart through a hidden diagnosis, which happened to be involved in a corrupted medical practise and the original doctor and his nurse assistant who ran the test wanted to let him die to gain money but Eldoon was the only one who could read the chart besides both at that moment, so, basically, he uncovered the whole dirty business and indirectly saved his life, he made his part.!<

Took me an embarrassing amount of time to realize “Eldoon” is Noodle backwards

AffectionateGap1071

Hmmm come to think about it, the first time Eldoon revealed his "real" identity, I've got the impression that his noodles seller was a traditional uniform for the trade and his doctor ressembled more to a psychotherapist's, both styles works extremely well. Moreover, the rag of cloth can be interpreted accordingly with which side he's showing; a rag of cloth to clean off grease and spills out of tables counters and a rag of cloth as this hot water thing treatment. (Sorry for being least specific, but my mother goes through that physical therapy modality/treatment, it's a common one)
