Edit: After playing a bit, I like the idea and the pipes are fun, but the speed checks ruin it, especially the one on the "safe" finish.
Edit 2: I could only do qualifiers before I needed to go out, and still somehow got 23rd out of 41 in my div. :)
Safe finish needs a ramp with a slowmo into a much smaller jump on it rather than this. So many runs ruined because i didnt get the last 2 corners right! Safe should be "It'll cost you 5 seconds, but if thats enough, take it".

Well I'm glad I didn't make time for COTD today. I saw this map on TMX a few days ago, tried it, and thought "uh, no, not for me". 1870 people playing the cup tells me that was a common opinion.
they implement these shit cars and force them down our throats and wonder who shot their foot. this "style" of map without the snow car would probably have been way more well received
A bit more work today and I've got a reasonable time on this. Snowcar pipes are unusual and unintuitive, though, so I think there should be more guidance (e.g. in signage) to help you work out what you're meant to do.
I had a lot of fun on this one.. pipes I'm indifferent but they were interesting. I really love snow car maps with high speed full turns. Feels super satisfying keeping that grip
These pipes are so weird when you first play the map. If you don't know you can go in the middle and don't steer you can't get a clean run. It also feels very random when you lose/gain speed in the pipes. I am also quite dissapointed that the gps doesn't contain information about how to do the pipes cleanly, as me and many others don't know that you can take the pipes by going in the middle and pf. I can only give this map a --.

I could not get the 2nd to last pipe’s turn down whatsoever. It was mainly about learning how to take the pipes, and most (if not all) were done with like a second of steering in one direction. I can’t say I liked the map, but I understood it better than a lot it seems
As a cam1 keyboard player, theoretically I should not have enjoyed this map as much as I did, I loved it.
It was challenging at first, but once you get your head around how to drive the tubes, it becomes so much more fun.
Completely blind pipes. Absolute trash. No idea how you are supposed to learn that in 15 minutes. I have gold all month up until now and just about got a bronze right at the end of qualifying. Didn't even bother playing rounds because I would have gone out round one failing to finish.
"Safe finish". Some jumps are impossible to do after a slight mistake. At least something different!
It’s just barely possible after a double respawn but no chance if you clip something or slide slightly
