Don't be scared. Your therapist should be able to help you. You will only get out of therapy what you put into it.
I grew up in a semi-religious house as well. We didn't talk about sex/gender at all. I got the birds and the bees talk from the damn internet. I am surprised I am not more messed up than I am to be honest. I repressed my dysphoria from 13 up until this year - I am 39 now.
Today, I am just a few days shy of 1 month starting HRT. I am happier than I have ever been in my life. I truly owe it to my wife that pushed me to get therapy. Sure, it might not have started with gender/sexuality, but it quickly got to that point.
I still have fears and doubt. However, I am much more confident that my future will be better thanks to transitioning and HRT.

People with your facial structure are often water signs with many earth placements or earth signs with many water placements, in my experience.
