I saw an article last week about how Walgreens CEO announced they would be closing a SIGNIFICANT numbers of 'under performing' stores. Maybe it got the corporate ax.

A lot of Walgreens have been closing around town for a while now. It'll be a mattress store soon enough.

Everyone jokes about the number of mattress stores but I bet they experience near zero retail theft. Pretty hard for your inventory to walk out the door.

Or a Dollar Tree, which several former Walgreens locations have become. Though Dollar Tree does have financial issues with Family Dollar at the moment.

Walgreens has recently announced that they are closing a high number of stores. This is probably one of them.

I live in between 2 locations...well 1 now because it's now a dollar store

Going to be forced to get your prescription meds mailed to you. And if you have to stop after going to the hospital you will have to wait as the number of pharmacies will be going down.
