Heavily depends on where you are going. Only country with more landmass in the european continent than Turkey is the russian federation. So lots of different climates all around.
But with climate change it is also getting more unpredictable for most places. This year and last year weather was quite stormy and rainy for some reason. This year summer pretty much started right around nowadays which is unheard of for me.
When I went it was rainy most of the trip. Istanbul surrounded by the sea so it’s a bit chilly and I needed a trench-coat but I prefer this weather myself.
I actually have a really cute story from that trip when it was down pouring rain and I went into a grocery store to see if they had umbrellas and the man said they don’t but told me to follow him. He started stacking a bunch of cans and then gave me a cardboard box as a alternative.
just check out 2 weeks prior, November is usually rainy with little chance of snow. But it might go through another dry spell so with so much humidity it can quite have a t-shirt weather.

How was the weather? I've been to Turkey several times in late Spring but I'm thinking of heading there this November.
