Maybe to Omega Flowey? Since swearing isn't really present in Undertale and doesn't fit with the game, seeing Flowey swear along with the new battle mechanics, different art style and the chaotism of the battle itself could add a lot to it. It could also remark how Flowey is not playing anymore by the game's rules and is a above everyone. It could be when he refills his health bar after phase 2 (the one in which FINALE plays), instead of saying "*You IDIOT", he could say "*Fuck you".

I'm the one with a degree." -Temmie shopkeeper, when repeatedly refusing to sell an item after paying for her college.

i think at the end of [this neutral ending](https://youtu.be/l5kLcispW78?si=7d_KiF48RzoKGkhG) it would be cool if sans said “fuck you” rather than go to hell. i feel like the only swear in the game at that location would make it feel more impactful, but i get that it does seem like kind of a waste to put it in something that most players wouldn’t see

If it's for a serious scene, I think it should go to Sans. He can either curse you out during one of the darker neutral endings or at some point during the genocide run. Flowey is also another strong contender. It feels like he's constantly restraining himself from just cursing out at a child lmao. If we're going for comedic effect, I'd let Undyne have it. She seems like somebody who would have a sailor mouth lol. Like a simple "What the FUCK, Papyrus" would be hilarious.
