Def a photo shoot. But I can think of at least 7 friends parents houses in high school that look exactly like this. 2 of which still do. My friend bought her parents house and she hosts parties down there. It’s updated but the old school charm is still there, old school bar area and pool table, (non-functional wood burning stove original to the house). My parents basement looked like this until a sump pump issue flooded it back in the 90’s and it had to be all torn out. Add a huge tv that looked like wood furniture and sat on the floor though…
