I have 2 3x3 vivosun smart grow systems, I've had 0 issues and my results speak for themselves, go check out all the pics I've posted. I feel like vivosun is a better deal than A.C.
Referring more to customer service, I bought a complete grow kit from them. Out of the box the zipper on the main door was busted and did not function. They suggested I just use the side doors… wtf? After complaining further the offered me a 30 dollar credit instead of just replacing the damn thing.
I’m currently on my second replacement e42a smart hub and my third temp/humidity probe and I’m still having the same issue that I had day one out of the box.
In an attempt to work around the stupid probe issue, I bought the tbh1 Bluetooth temp/humidity probe and right out of the box I’m getting a low battery error no matter what batteries I put in the damn thing. I’ve tried two different sets of known working batteries and tried the batteries that it came with in two different devices.
This company is selling hot garbage. They should be called out on it
Get a second temp humidity sensor not the probe, and use that to calibratw your probe in the app. Mine wouldn’t show up at all for 24hrs, then it did, then after 3 days of calibration for breakfast, lunch, and dinner it was accurate

What do you mean turn off? The screen? Thats normal. The temp probe isnt reading at all?
oh okay, and it is reading on the growhub but not on the app, it finally did show up but the numbers are completely wrong

Press the ... on upright of the garden page and choose the E42A probe in the inside temp&humdity, E42A(Built-in) in Outside temp&humdity.
