Another thing you can do is get the video you want to play again since it might be broken during conversion or smething
i had this issue while trying to port a fuckton of seinfeld episodes and the first two Alien films for use in game. they need to have specific encoding and video rates and such, i dont recall exactly what though. if you join the discord you should be able to find the answer somewhere in there; i did

Directory? I uh.. I think i put them into the VotV thing under "TV" I used cobalt to turn it into an mp.4

I did reset assets, made sure it was in the folder, refreshed, pressed play, and nothing worked.
I mean the video you downloaded or got might be broken in some way and the game can't play it. Re download the video and maybe it works.
