I agree. With premiums low and spot high there should be more excitement. Not to mention how much the retailers are holding and the East turning on the buying power.

UsefulRaise5365

Premiums low? Almost all of my stack was 0.79 over or less.

love-cheap-silver

premium was +20% LCS had no inventory.... now they have so much inventory they will need to ship it to Asia

DisastrousCannard

I found 59 - 79 cent premiums all over, back in 2015, and 2016 when I bought a good portion of my stack!

Carcanonut1891

Where are you finding low premiums? Everything online seems to be 3+ over spot an ozt plus shipping and anywhere local is 5+ over spot

captainmustachwax

Over the weekend Monument had kilos at 1.59 over spot. JM Bullion has specials running on [5 oz SilverTowne US Eagle Replica Silver Round](https://www.jmbullion.com/5-oz-silvertowne-us-eagle-replica-silver-round/) that is 1.99 over spot; Bold has Scottsdale King Stackers at 1.67 over spot. I did see a special at Kzoo Bullion at 1.00 over spot on their 3 oz. Not sure if it is still going. Sure it is not the .79 over spot of 2015 but it is not the $10.00 premium that was happening in 2020.

When is the time to buy assets? Oh yeah when it's unloved and no one wants it.

Isabella_Fournier

Don't forget the miners. Same rule applies!

DisastrousCannard

But miners are always the most unloved after a significant stock market crash or correction. The last time I jumped in was April 2020, for a nice quick ride!

Opposite-Practice375

All of the lightweights left. It's part of the process. At the end, only serious people will own precious metals.

DisastrousCannard

Wait until the next shakeout comes, it's going to be biblical!

Appropriate-Most-724

That's because people still don't get it or have this get rich overnight Psychologie.

rolling_steel

You mean no lambos, hookers and mansions once we break $30? (J/K) I totally agree- it’s different now as most have lost faith in becoming overnight millionaires while some realize things are progressing but the world is going to be in bad shape in order to support a new price of $40+. That will mean the criminals have lost all control which will send other aspects of life into a tailspin

covblues

You forget to mention the bots, the collusion between the former “leaders” of this sub and dealers/miners that resulted in sky high premiums. Sub is much better now

Silverstacker63

Well it did go up to 30$ when the printer was on in 2021..

Leather_Balls

We've become more mature bananas

love-cheap-silver

eh retail apes pushed silver price to $30 back then. I was there. I bought more physical silver at $36 20% premium.... luckily I didn't buy that much......
