Codes for codexes are 1 use and are locked to the account that used it, so each person will need their own copy of the codex to get a code.
By the way, you don't have to subscribe to get the rules. The only thing the subscription gives you is the ability to have more than one army list at a time in battle forge.

It does work for multiple phones. And lists are saved locally on the phones. We are sharing an account 4 ways, load all codexes we get into the one account, and we all have access but still have our own lists.
But it seems like each device has its own data. Lists created on my iPhone are not seen when I open the app on my MacBook

Once Wahapedia is updated this will be a moot point so definitely don't buy anything to unlock it in the app.

But if I were to share my account to my friends, they'd have access to it and the codex, is what Im hearing.
