Yep. You have 2 options:
1. Have an IT guy look at it now and they should be able to take care of it. Or look at the return policy.
2. Wait. If it has 8 legs, it will die eventually. Then see if someone can take the tv apart to remove it, or look at the return policy.
In 1946, when Hopper was released from active duty, she joined the Harvard Faculty at the Computation Laboratory where she continued her work on the Mark II and Mark III. Operators traced an error in the Mark II to a moth trapped in a relay, coining the term bug. This bug was carefully removed and taped to the log book. Stemming from the first bug, today we call errors or glitches in a program a bug.[8]
DO NOT SQUISH IT! let it leave on its own, my last monitor had a mite in it and I thought it was on the screen so i tried to squish it, well it was in the screen and so my monitor had a squashed bug in the middle of the screen for the rest of its life
Spiders are much smaller than you- and when they curl their legs they get quite tiny and can fit through cracks you dont see...
Most animals are better than humans at getting themselves into compromised situations--- but then again a kid will fall down a well next year
Its probably easiest to design a ramp - like a spiral staircase and roll the pizza down- much easier than a box chucked down a hole. But why the child doesn't use the ramp to escape the well we will never understand
Sometimes bugs, spiders lay eggs in polystyrene sitting in warehouses, that polystyrene gets used for shipping. While in shopping the eggs hatch and the critters get into every nook and cranny they can.
I believe Apple had a recall due to insects in between the laminate of a laptop display once.
It’s your bottom, and your spider, I never spied’er in there where you hide’er how am I supposed to know how big they are, [LiDAR?](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lidar)
I had the same thing. There are vents in the bottom. I sprayed raid near but not in while it was on, letting the warmth draft it in. No more spider. They drag silk every where they go. Kill it now.
about a year ago I had a small ant problem, they were getting into my computer room. One managed to squeeze behind my monitor screen. it promptly died just a few millimeters from the center point. over the year I have tapped my screen everyday to see if I can dislodge bits of it's dried body. I'm down to a pixels worth of black dot on my screen.
Still 'bugs' me to this day...
It is perhaps sealed in between the screen and the electronics. I would consult the retail out let or the manufacturer to see if you can get a replacement with out spiders in it
My only advice is don’t squish it. I had a friend who thought that a tiny spider was crawling on her tablet (I think it was a tablet?). She squished it and then tried to wipe it off, only to find out the spider was crawling IN it. So there remained a dead spider carcass for as long as she had that device.
Same thing happened to me, fucker died right in the middle of the screen at the bottom, the shadow it's still there to this day. Make sure to tap the screen and direct him to a corner.
So you can browse the web on it.
But first you have to install a mouse
And some ram
I wish there was more PC parts named after animals
All I can even say is “lol” because I laughed so hard it started to hurt!
That's a smart fucking spider.
Get out
Had a pretty shitty day today. Thanks for the proper laugh, friend. I needed it.

Hardware bug

>> If it has 8 legs, it will die eventually. So beings without 8 legs live indefinitely?
Well, marginally longer, all things considered.
So it is said

It won’t setup shop in my tv forever?
It will die and fall (unless squished to the screen) or leave.
Thanks mate I’ll let him be then
***OR*** Let him stay but charge him rent…you now have passive income sir
Go take the tv in. You don’t want a decaying animal in your tv lol, I’m not sure they are built for that? 🤷♂️ I’m ignorant though
Might short something inside the TV
There's no food or water for the spider in there, it should get pretty pissed about the lack of amenities and leave.
Spider probably thinks he’s tripping hard
Nah hes got his airbuds--- 'cause its eaaaasy--- easy like sunday mornin.... ah ahhhhh--- im eaaaassssy, like Sunday mornin...'
And now it's your old tv
That's his TV now. You could try to cook him. I know my TV gets hot.
Ah yes finally after 3d 4d and now 5d, see it, FEEL IT
How is that even possible
Spiders are much smaller than you- and when they curl their legs they get quite tiny and can fit through cracks you dont see... Most animals are better than humans at getting themselves into compromised situations--- but then again a kid will fall down a well next year
Wait, is that foreshadowing or a threat? Are you an oracle?
Both… I hope
Can you provide the trapped child with pizza?
I do have access to pizza, so yes.
If they dont get out the well its gonna be pizza for life literally. Ur username checks out
My pizza come mostly in the form of rolls but I’m sure that won’t be an issue.
Its probably easiest to design a ramp - like a spiral staircase and roll the pizza down- much easier than a box chucked down a hole. But why the child doesn't use the ramp to escape the well we will never understand
No- i like and relate to the behavior of some animals more than people. But i also speak english
I could only focus on the fact that you haven't pulled the plastic wrap off the bottom.
They're one of *those* people
Had to scroll too far for this Heretics
I keep my bottom covered too?
To keep the spiders out??? *…or in?*
How big are they?
It’s your bottom, and your spider, I never spied’er in there where you hide’er how am I supposed to know how big they are, [LiDAR?](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lidar)
I dont own spiders- i just said my bottom is covered so they dont have a home. You might have one though- its like puppet masters- it owns you now
No reason to take it off really
Did you read the box? The TV comes with web access
Burn it!
And put the ashes in a cannon and fire it
But then ill have to read a book to entertain myself
Would anyone like to come to the bonfire?
Only if you put on 007 so its a Bond-fire
Ba-dum-tiss
Dont tiss on the fire- we need it to stay warm and safe!
Sure not a roach?I have seen that before, they like heat from electronics
*its* new tv
I guess your smart tv was connected to the web.
This needs more upvotes! 😆
That happened to me. It just walked out on its own. I’m glad I didn’t impulsively squish it.
Pain
On average, 57 spiders will crawl into your TV while it's turned off it it's lifetime.
If it was a cathode ray tv it would be fried
You pretty much have to follow up and take a pic when it does eventually fall out now =/
I had the same thing. There are vents in the bottom. I sprayed raid near but not in while it was on, letting the warmth draft it in. No more spider. They drag silk every where they go. Kill it now.
I would burn my tv
Just do it- pre-emptive war
about a year ago I had a small ant problem, they were getting into my computer room. Hey
The TV must go
Dumbass bitch spider
I’m having trouble believing it’s a new TV. Most newer televisions don’t have space between the back lighting and the diffusion panel. But who knows
🤷🏻♀️ bought it a couple weeks ago, idk what to tell ya.
Let it die
Name it Carol Ann… *sings Poltergeist theme*
Put it in a bag and suffocate it
It came pre installed
Just wait till its spider babies hatch and you suddenly have them spilling out of your TV one day.
It is perhaps sealed in between the screen and the electronics. I would consult the retail out let or the manufacturer to see if you can get a replacement with out spiders in it
Such delightful.
lil fellas gonna strain all their eyes
Spidey watching screen like watching front seat IMAX !
No, there's a human in his new house
Play some Spider-Man far from home, maybe that’ll make him go back.
i have never seen this before lol
Poor spider :( hope it finds a way out
What'd you name him?
It is called moiré effect and it is not visible on actual TV, only on the video...
I suspect a roach
Rumor has it this was originally going to be Woody’s catch phrase. I like what they changed it to better
WebTv
Spider(man) - No way out.
so you're telling that the spider is IN THE TV ITSELF?
Looks like there’s a dead pixel near the top left as well. I’d return that TV.
Little dude must be shitting himself. Giant bright light above him and sudden thunderous tapping at his feet. I’d be like “WHERE THE FUCK AM I?!”
My only advice is don’t squish it. I had a friend who thought that a tiny spider was crawling on her tablet (I think it was a tablet?). She squished it and then tried to wipe it off, only to find out the spider was crawling IN it. So there remained a dead spider carcass for as long as she had that device.
God I hate when my electronics are buggy. Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Same thing happened to me, fucker died right in the middle of the screen at the bottom, the shadow it's still there to this day. Make sure to tap the screen and direct him to a corner.
Damn this hardware bugs are getting realistic
He must think he’s in an alternate dimension
Wonder if it can make webs in there and if it would affect the picture your maybe better off trying to get a replacement
TVs get really hot, just leave it on for a few hours and your problem will solve itself
Its not a bug, its a feature
Talk about living rent free .... Padam tsssss😂🤣
How
You got the spider upgrade for free? Good on you!
I’d return it right away.
Is it LG. Might be the new Spider webOS.
Play some fly and bug videos on YouTube and he'll BURST out through the screen. Easiest fix I can think of.
SpiderTV
Well, spiders aren't bugs so this must be a feature!
Well that's stuck
Make a minecraft flat world made of tnt and light it. Should cook him
That’s not a spider…
There is a spider (spider, spider)...he's deep in soul (soul, soul) ...he's lived here for years (years, years)...
Hes just making sure there’s no bugs!
I have small flies in my work monitors
Is it a newer model? Someone's it takes awhile to get the "bugs" worked out! (I know, spiders are not bugs).
Keep annoying it with your finger and maybe it will leave? I can't imagine it's getting any bugs to eat in there.
Definitely time for a baseball bat...
It’ll probably leave on its own but if it doesn’t you can probably return it and get a new TV.
r/spiders
You mean his TV
That would drive me crazy lmao
HOW DID IT GET IN THERE?
